They adjust to every patients level of needs from checking in, vitals, our visits, and setting up our follow up appointments. This is a place that I never worry about questioning anything. I was a responsible patient at this facility for 6 plus years. I was treated as if I was a dumb…read morenobody. Dr. Matthew Leneski lied to me and stated that I did not have any herniated disc ( my MRI that the office has states that I do plus other things). Although I had been a patient with reclaimability for many years Leneski stated that " he does not know me and that I came to the practice in the middle of the opioid epidemic". He told me that he was taking away and tapering my medications and that I could leave if I did not like what he was saying. He never gave me any alternative help. Just continued to medically gaslight his patient. Two months later ( on top of my herniated and bulging disc) I was diagnosed with one of the most rare autoimmune diseases in the US. And guess what....this autoimmune disease cause intense pain. Dr. Haleem in an appointment told me that if I was to ever become pregnant on the medications I was receiving from reclaimability that my child would be taken away. Dr. Haleem did not realize I myself was a social worker at the time and that I knew this was a LIE. They thought I was young, black and dumb. They did not realize I myself have a doctorate degree in education. How many women has he told this too??? During a conversation with Dr. Wong I stated that there was something going on with my kidneys and I used the incorrect wording while talking to her...Dr. Wong looked at my hospital discharge paperwork for 2 seconds stated that my Kidneys were fine and laughed. I am now receiving specialized treatment for my kidneys because they are not fine. And it was not a laughing moment. I hope moving forward this practice starts to look at its patients as real people. Not everyone is looking to "score meds" people are truly in pain. I was truly in pain and needed help. In my most vulnerable moment of my life when I needed doctors to listen and help I was completely ignored and treated as if I was a drug addict. I hope they learn from these reviews and begin to treat people like real people. I hope their patients realize that they deserve better care.
