Half the time when I call, I get a busy signal, and don't have the opportunity to even leave a voice mail. I can't believe that in 2019 I'm getting a busy signal. Sometimes I have to call 3 or 4 times before I even get through, and then I'm put on hold. Then when they finally get on the line they sound annoyed at having to speak to you. Again, the doctor is fine, he's got a great attitude and doesn't make you feel rushed, but the office staff needs improvement.

Pain meds, fibromyalgia meds, then my husband had to practically beg for bloodwork since he was becoming jaundice. The next guess was a gall stone...for which he finally referred to to another doctor. 10 days later we left the hospital with a diagnosis of stage 4 cancer, the pain having resulted from an undiagnosed tumor. Since Dr Pecarsky didn't have privileges at the hospital, we kept in touch by text...until we told him it was cancer. We received no reply, no followup, and not even a condolence card when 6 months later my husband passed away. A primary's job is to know when they are over their head and refer you elsewhere. That's not the case in this office. Buyer beware....by the time we figured it out my husband had no chance of recovery.

And they have an office to do blood work and testing at the location! -- what a delight -- have not had to make a separate trip to an outside location for Lab Corp or Quest tests as I had to in the past when it was the prior office. I see the same person (Alexandria -- and was delighted to see she is very highly rated when looking at reviews of actual practitioners) -- she is fantastic. That was not always the case before -- before it was Jefferson I saw at least three different there -- all were good but it was often who was available and as such I feel none got to know me well -- which is also important. That said everyone I have encountered there is top notch. This review is based on over a dozen visits there in past four years. (And the 15 prior years were very good -- but this is a different practice now) I understand some people did not like when the office changed over and their old providers left.
