As a result of that i had a painfull infection that lasted about 3 month's and ended up with muffled hearing and pressure in right ear, which i still have. I went to Penn Becker to find out about tuboplasty and if i would be a canidate for it. I saw Vir Patel. During my visit a nasal endoscopy was performed. The next day i could not breath through my nose. I got a 7 day antibiotic through telemed thinking the wand on the scope must have been dirty. Antibiotic didn't work, went to an ENT who gave me 10 day antibiotic which didn't work, then a 14 day with no relief. The ENT who i saw after this i had a total of 5 visit's with. A CAT scan revealed chronic sinusitis which i still have. My ENT has done all he can and i am managing this with over the counter product's. I am still congested, get nose bleeds and sneeze attacks. I called Penn Becker on 12-11-24 to let them know what happened. I was told that it would be reviewed for 30 days. The decision came back, they provided me a service and they want payed for it. Total disregard for my well being, "money doctor". I called BC/BS to see if they could help. After a phone conference i was told it would be reviewed once again. After about 6 wk.s i was told the same thing. I was also told that i probably had a cold at the time of the endoscopy and that's what i caused the sinusitus? So it's my fault? My breathing was perfectly fine before i went there, so now i have plugged sinuses to go along with my plugged ear. The last ENT i saw told me sinusitis can become permanent. Great. Lawyers won't touch this. I know from the perforated eardrum. I got a letter last wk. from Benn Pecker driving home again how i am responsible to pay them but on the other hand they relinquish themselves from any responsibility from the injury to me that resulted from the visit. So it only cost me $501.00 for chronic sinusitis, total bill was $953.00. Not bad. On top of that the doctor was really rude to me, i wish i had walked out now. I had to pay for 5 visits with my last ENT plus a cat scan, not to mention the over the counter product's which i continue to buy. So i went there for help for an injury another medical facility caused and ended up with another injury. Unbelievable! If there was not a thing called a credit score i would not pay this. I will be making my first payment this wk. I think i would have been better off going to a veterenarian. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

The way it is now, they charge rip off prices for example almost $600.00 for just 2 half hearing aid molds I stupidly paid for it via my credit card and then the next day I realized the price was just outrageous. I asked for an immediate refund a manager there said I could get a refund by CHECK not by credit card (which was how I originally paid). She assured me I will get credit back in 2 weeks ! I NEVER got the refund at all and I followed up several more times then finally I called the owner via relay and asked for his cooperation in refunding me the money. He kept putting it off too and the check finally arrived today (a month later). DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL (so you do not experience this). Meanwhile I went elsewhere and had my molds done they did a fantastic job and the cost of these 2 half hearing aid molds were a fraction of the cost of this terrible Associates in Hearing Healthcare place. No wonder all the former workers under Elizabeth (previous owner who retired and sold the business) quit this place under new ownership. I have never ever experienced anything like the above before, and just want to let anyone know what this new place is like. I went to the office, returned the loaner hearing aid and again asked for my deposit back. After several emails and promises of mailing me a check, my deposit was never returned. I got in touch with my credit card company. I was refunded the money. The credit card company never received a response. I went on Amazon and for $20 got a head band that relieves the tinnitus while I sleep. STAY AWAY STAY FAR AWAY........

I never received a bill for this so I'm mad! They also spelled my freaking name wrong too. I would have paid the $51 if I would have known that I owed it, but they made no effort to reach me to tell me I owed them money and decided to send it straight to collections. O told him that my ear itches and there is a sticky substance. He said he would schedule me for a hearing test. Four weeks later I saw my primary docto. He wrote a prescription. After a horrible experience with a local gyno (where she convinced me that I was depressed -I'm not, it's called PMS- and needed to be on happy pills), I've been a bit skeptical of docs. After reading Julia's review, however, I decided Dr. P sounded like my kinda woman, "someone I would love to have a beer with?" say no more. So I scheduled my appointment on Friday and they were able to put me in on Monday. I showed up at 3:30 (my assigned time), fearing I'd end up spending my entire afternoon there. Within 10 minutes I was seen by a nurse and within another 5 Dr. P showed up. She's just awesome. Totally conversational, quick to put you at ease, thorough... We talked about my medical history, she ran through a few exams, prescribed some medicine for my nagging cough, and sent me off for some blood work. I was out of the office by 4:15! She also referred me to a new gyno and dentist. All in all, Dr. P is terrific, thanks Yelp.

Whenever I call the office, they never seem to know the answer to my question so I get told I'll get a call back. I then have to follow up with them when I don't get my call back. The orthopedics seem to never have a long term solution for our issues, it's always "put a bandaid on it" options. Some nurses stations have food all over the place. One doctor prescribed my kid something that insurance wouldn't cover and 5 days later we found out could have bought over the counter. The only doctor I will not change is my cardiologist.
