The only drawback is crosses only last 12 hrs a day. So if you are able you can sit them in charger for an hour or up to 3 for a full charge. The service is great. So happy I tried. Don't be fooled by the 4 stars…read more Here's how it works at Provive: post a negative review and your phone rings within minutes. Suddenly they're VERY interested in talking to you. But call them when your loved one is in crisis? Crickets. No callback, no urgency, no one who gives a damn. They don't earn good ratings--they manage them. The 4 stars aren't from great care, they're from pressuring people to take down honest reviews. That rating is curated, not earned. Our family trusted Provive during a mental health emergency and they completely abandoned us. No meaningful follow-up, no real support when things got worse. But their billing? Flawless. Their reputation cleanup crew? On speed dial. This place puts more energy into protecting their online image than actually helping patients. They'll ignore you when you're desperate, then suddenly find your number the moment you speak up about it. If they're calling you right now to "discuss" this review--that tells you everything you need to know. Find a provider who answers when it matters, not just when their ratings are at stake.

I was a patient of Dr. Lawler's for years. When we received a letter from him that he was…read moreretiring I said to my husband we will try the new doctor that he suggested us to see when he retired. That doctor was Dr Costabile. I now see Dr Costabile, my husband sees him and my son who is mentally challenged sees him. We were all once Dr. Lawler's patients. I never thought we would find someone as good, kind and caring as Dr. Lawler. We had our first visit. I was immediately impressed. I never saw Dr Costabile before that that day.. I was amazed at how he was aware of my health history, listened to me and my concerns. He must have reviewed my complete medical files. He talks as if he had known me and been my Dr for years! He never hesitates when he thinks I need an x-ray or MRI or anything extra. As I said, my son is mentally challenged. At times he can be a bit much. He doesn't like change but he was very comfortable with Dr Costabile. He is very good with him very empathetic and understanding. I would highly recommend Dr Costabile to anyone. I had thought that if I didn't like the new doctor, I would switch to someone near where I live, we used to live in KOP. We now live in Lansdale so it's a little drive for us however , I was so impressed with Dr Costabile. We decided to stay with him. The ride is well worth it. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr Costabile is. I so appreciate his professionalism knowledge and kindness. Also the staff there is amazing. Very welcoming and helpful!

Been coming to the Paoli Sleep Center for about five years now. The doctor that I originally saw is…read moreno longer with the practice, so I now see Dr. Friedman. All in all, I've been very happy with my experience here. My sleep study was five years ago, but I've been coming back every year for my annual follow-up. My sleep study itself went smoothly and the technicians made sure they explained everything they were doing and what would be happening. Overall, they took good care of my during my overnight stay. You get your own private room that is similar to a hotel room with a bed, TV, and private bathroom. While your sleep may not be as comfortable as staying in a hotel due to all the wires that you will be hooked up to, I still managed to fall asleep. They want you asleep by 10:30 or so and they will wake you up around 6:30. I simply took a shower there and then went straight to work. They helped with the type of mask I should wear and have helped with fittings subsequently. For the annual follow-up appointments, the doctor is usually on-time and I've generally seen the doctor within ten minutes of my appointment. The only exception was on my most recent visit, in which I was left in the waiting room for close to 30 minutes past my appointment and there was no one else there. It turned out that my doctor was doing some dictation. Yes this was frustrating, but I will say that this has not been my normal experience. If you find yourself tired throughout the day, you might have sleep apnea and if you need a sleep study, I would recommend the Paoli Sleep Center.
