First off I had to see the doctor at Ghetto mercy Fitzgerald hospital well they sucked so bad that when I made another appointment they told me the ear doctor switched to hearsay ent in media. That's when I called to make sure I'm in network in which they told me yes. Well still no ear surgery and all these bills. This has been the worst experience I have EVER received from these people. I am so over it and I will call and complain and I am going to make a complaint because if I'm not getting anything done I should not be getting billed.

Good morning I would…read morelike to personally thank the staff at Hear well again centers in Newtown Square Pa. They were without a question wonderful. I took a relative to see them who is some handicapped. She has trouble understanding things that are said to her. Not only was the staff understanding but took it upon themselves to fix her hearing aids, tell us what the next steps were in order for her to alleviate the problem completely and then did not charge us. Cross hearing aid since I only hear out of one ear My…read moreaudiologist,Lea and I decided to try to see if it would work for me. Try for 30 days. Yay! It did. I was told when I lost hearing from a virus at 36 that nothing could be done. I was also o told cross hearing aids back then didn't work. They looked funny too. The only drawback is crosses only last 12 hrs a day. So if you are able you can sit them in charger for an hour or up to 3 for a full charge. The service is great. So happy I tried.
