Everybody is so nice here, I had a new nurse and she was so sweet. And Dr. Li is always the best!!

Dr. Li is an amazing Doctor. His knowledge is unsurpassed. His surgical skill is exceptionally precise. My husband had two facial Mohs surgeries with 3 passes each. He has no scars! He's also pretty keen with administering cryotherapy with his liquid nitrogen spray. The staff is friendly. The office & exams rooms are clean. The appointment reminders are timely. This is a very in demand practice so appointments may take some time to acquire. read more

The ladies at the front desk were very nice, however they failed to inform me ahead of time what the total cost of my son's two appointments would be over and above my copay. My son was brought in to Dr. Li to have a wart removed via freezing from his thumb (because the over-the-counter items didn't work). Each appointment took a total of 5 minutes. Two months after my son's first appointment I get a bill for $284 because they billed it to my insurance company as both an office visit and surgery separately for each of the two appointments (4 charges). Essentially charging me twice for one 5 minute procedure each visit. If you choose to go to this facility, make sure they thoroughly check your insurance and ask for a total cost BEFORE you go to the appointment. My dentist (same insurance) always provides me with up-front cost information before booking every procedure. There is absolutely no reason Dr. Li's office cannot do the same. There is no financial transparency at this office. In addition, although I believe it is due to a language barrier on Dr. Li's part, he kept calling my 15 year old bi-racial son "boy" instead of his name. I am truly hoping it is because he could not pronounce the Tr in my son's name. Even so, calling him "boy" at least 10-15 times each of the two appointments is not professional. Someone at the office (nurse that was in the room maybe) should have informed him after the first appointment how disrespectful and offensive some people would view that if they didn't understand the differences in the English and Chinese languages. I am a disabled veteran and single parent of twins. I do not have the luxury of having large medical bills sprung on me two months after office visits. Do better. read more

My son, Anthony has been a patient of Dr Li's for many years now (since he was in high school). Anthony is as picky as I am so when he feels comfortable with someone, I know I will to. So when my neurologist wrote me prescription for an allergy test and a nerve biopsy to be completed by a dermatologist, I called Dr Li's office to schedule. The staff here are wonderful as well as Dr Li. He was very gentle, both physically and with his mannerism (he could tell I was very anxious). I would highly recommend this office & Dr Li, no doubt! 5 Stars From me!! read more

Took my son here for his eczema. He saw Dr. Toome. We waited for over an hour. When she did come in to the room , she was a bit abrupt and a pinch condescending. She spent all of 5 minutes with us. Prescribed everything under the sun totaling in over a $1000 worth of copays. Burned a wart off his elbow which they billed $200 for. Specialists are never delightful but this was not an experience I would not subject my son to again. No wonder she was the quickest dermatologist to get an appointment with. We will wait longer next time and see someone with a better bedside manner. The expense is one thing. The rudeness is a whole other. read more

Every appointment I had there with Dr. Choi, it's an hour or better wait to see her. She is very unorganized, overwhelmed and just not worth the wait. I ended up leaving there the last time I had an appointment after waiting for almost an hour and a half, to be told there is one patient ahead of me. The girls in the office are amazing, so sweet and when I complained about the wait, I was told it constant with her. This is the problem with private practice, they cram the patients in, not caring about wasting our time waiting for them. They send out a bunch of reminders to come in on time, but yet, you sit and wait. My time is just as valuable as her time. It's not like she spends time talking to you, it's in and out. Her backrooms are always full with patients, so it has to be she crams them in, the more patients, the more money. Sad... read more

Dr. Kehua Li is an amazing dermatologist. His bed side manner is amazing. My wife has been seeing him for a couple months now and always talks well about him. I went with her today, and she was 100% right. He was very knowledgeable with everything we asked. We didn't wait long to be seen. Waiting room is big and comfortable. All in all, a great place if you need to see dermatologist. Dr. Li, I can't say enough, how awesome his bedside manner is. read more

I never got to see this doctor. I was told to arrive at 11:15 AM to fill out forms for my 11:30 appointment. After a half hour wait, they gave me the forms. I was told twice that my wait would be only a few minutes. At 12:00 I asked the lady at the desk how long I would have to wait. She said that there were three patients ahead of me. This is rude and there is no excuse for it. I would not recommend this practice. read more
