When I called to understand what happened, I was told that it was "okay for someone else to cancel on my behalf"--which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the mistake or trying to help, the staff was rude and dismissive, and the situation escalated to the point where I ended up in an argument with the manager. Rather than taking responsibility, they doubled down on their attitude and showed zero empathy or accountability. This is not how patients should be treated, especially when it comes to their time and healthcare. I expected basic respect and clear communication, and sadly, this office failed on both fronts. Oh did I forget to mention at the end the manager hang up the phone on me.

When I called Moorestown Derm to also let them know that the pharmacy was waiting for a callback, they said they wouldn't be able to take care of it until the end of the day, which means I won't be able to get my medication (likely) until tomorrow... four days after my appointment. The staff person I spoke to didn't seem to care that I've been waiting for them to sent the correct prescription. If I thought it would make a difference, I'd call back to ask for the office manager or practice owner but I doubt it would do any good. Very disappointed.

I have had a chronic skin condition (psoriasis/eczema related) which has been very debilitating and difficult. After many years of needing help, I have finally found relief in her treatment protocol. It has been trial and error, which is how this can go. But Janet has patiently found a way to get me relief and remission (hopefully permanent). Janet also coordinating with another dr (sadly it's a rarity nowadays to get that coordination). I also find the front desk to be truly amazing- some of the scripts are very expensive. They hunted down a pharmacy for me, (Stines) which saved me $370 on a script. That is so beyond any service I've had at a prior doctors office. Such an efficient and caring practice. Wait times are minimal and if your doctor forgets to send your referral on time, they'll still let you be seen by a doc. You will need to put a large hold on your credit card though. The office is conveniently located in Washington Township (I guess that explains their name). They're right near the merge of Hurffville-Crosskeys and Egg Harbor. Now, I don't get a call until after I call asking what happened to my results. During my last whole-body check-up, I needed 3 byopsies. One came back positive and so we scheduled the surgery. I week later one of my other Dr.s noticed a spot on my neck, behind my ear, that didn't look good. Another Byop. at the Derm Center confirmed it was cancer, ooops, it got missed somehow. Now they won't schedule the second one with the first.....said Insurance won't cover it that way. I called my insurance and they said they would want it done as efficiently as possible, as long as both are medically necessary. I don't appreciate being lied to. Called back the Derm CTR. and spoke with a manager. She first tried to say they couldn't schedule them together because of the insurance. I explained what I had learned and asked her not to lie to me again. Then she tried to say they couldn't do both on the same day due to risk of infection. I explained to her that I have had multiple surgeries in one day before. She said that's not possible... calling me a liar again! Then she said If I wanted to get both done in one day, I would have to have the procedure done at a hospital. Why, are your facilities less sanitary than the hospital?.... if that's the case, I should not have had ANY of my surgeries done at their office. Won't be back there again.
