The staff at the front desk greeted me pleasantly and efficiently entered my information into the computer. I was brought into an exam room right at my appointment time, no waiting! I liked both of the doctors who did my exam today, Dr. Wassef and Dr. Milgraum. They were both knowledgeable, warm, and had a good sense of humor, and listened to all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with both of them and plan to remain a patient here. This facility is bright and clean, and looks like it was recently renovated. It was an inviting space to be in. They accept my insurance so I only had to pay $15 on the way out.

I called her office and said they overcharged me for services performed and over billed my provided. My provider paid 60%. I was stuck with the over billing. They did nothing to resolve my issue. They know patients are busy and have little time to solve medical billing issues. So, she successfully keeps running her scam. Because it works for her! That's how she make BIG money. I would never ever go there again!!! She is dishonest and staff from front desk to assistants are all in on the billing scam.

I called the office and they said the lab said there was not enough sample to get an accurate read, and that I would need to do the biopsy again.. I was like what? I thought I was going there to get my results, not to have the same painful thing done to me again, and band aid on my face again for a week. I cancelled my appointment and will never go back there. Unfortunately I have to have a biopsy again, there is no other choice, but definitely not there.

I have had to wait from time to time but his staff is very friendly. He is out of network with insurances so he really only takes Medicare but they do send it off for you. Scheduling was fairly easy. They recently hired a new PA, Jennifer Rendall and she was great when I met her! She said she has practiced dermatology for 8 years and she seems very qualified. They also said if I ever need a later appointment she is doing extended hours so that is good to know. Although it is out of network I think spending a little extra money for great service is worth it.
