A day before the appointment, I was…read morecalled and asked if I had completed the paperwork for the visit, that I had almost a 400.00 co-pay and that I had to make this co-pay in advance, because this business didn't want to have to send their customers to a debt collector. I WAS SHOCKED THAT ANYONE WOULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE THIS. The " Office Manager that I spoke to was extremely rude. I told her that I did not receive any paperwork, could not afford this co-pay and would call her the next day to confirm the appointment. Due to her rudeness, never finding any paperwork, NOT BEING ABLE TO AFFORD SUCH AN EXORBITANT CO-PAY and feeling that being told a business didn't want to send me to collections, I did not return a call to confirm an appointment. Today, just prior to the appointment, I was called by the, " Office Manager" and asked if I was coming to the appointment. I told her no, and explained the aforementioned. At that time, she told me that I would be charged 75.00 for a missed appointment. She also said that she told me this the previous day. She did not. Also, I never received, or returned any paperwork from them and had no idea of any specific policies. At no time did I confirm an appointment. While I was talking to her about being rude, she hung up on me. When I called back another office personnel sided with her and said, I don't think she was being rude to you. Your appointment will be cancelled, but you will be charged 75.00." Both of them were grossly rude. No one should ever speak to a customer in the manner that both of them spoke to me. I have NEVER been spoken to like this in all of my 64 years on earth. BY ALL MEANS, DO NOT PATRONIZE A BUSINESS LIKE THIS!!

I am writing this to share my personal experience as a former pediatric patient, in the hope that…read moreit helps others feel validated and encourages parents and patients to trust their instincts. I saw Dr. Perin as a child for allergy treatment (cats, dust, mold, stuffed animals, etc.). From a very young age, this practice was one of the places where I felt the most unsafe and uncomfortable. Most visits with the doctor left me feeling uncomfortable and uneasy. The way Dr. Perin looked at me and interacted with me felt creepy and inappropriate. He frequently touched my ears, earrings, hair, neck, rubbed my shoes, and feet in ways that did not feel medically necessary. During allergy shots or examinations, he often insisted that I remove my shirt so he could "check my posture," despite me insisting that posture checks were already being evaluated at my school. There was another time I had to complete a fitness test. You run in circles behind the office. Most of the patients would complete it and come back in, get set up to a machine. But for mine, he would watch me run for the entire 10-15 minutes. Watching and smiling. He'd also insist to clean my ears and rub them. These requests happened repeatedly. I regularly complained and expressed discomfort, and I hated going to appointments. I often begged my mother or a nurse to come into the room with me because I did not want to be alone with him. At the time, my concerns were brushed off because he was a doctor and considered a professional. And her friends said he's great and does a very thorough job. The most disturbing incident occurred when, as a 12-year-old, he told me I needed to remove all my clothes for a vaginal exam. When I questioned why an allergist would need to do this, he claimed he needed to check my hymen and said it was connected to my lungs and could be affecting my breathing. Even as a child, this logic felt weird and wrong. I became extremely upset, refused, and cried to my mother. Looking back as an adult, I now understand how inappropriate and frightening these experiences were. No child should feel confused, scared, or unsafe during medical care. If that is constantly the case, look at the doctor, not the child. After the (Larry Nassar), Olympic doctor scandal, I wanted to do something, but I never did. As I fear these heinous actions were done under the guise of medical treatment. I was relieved to learn that this practice is now closed and that Dr. Perin has since retired. My heart goes out to anyone else who may have had similar experiences. I hope this review helps others feel less alone and reminds parents and patients to listen to that inner voice when something doesn't feel right. I hope I was an exception and not the rule. I release and let go of this.

They want you to do all this work to come prepared for your first appointment for them to stroll around the office looking out the windows. The triage person made a completely ridiculous claim to me about my medical history. They had me waiting for over an hour. After I had already a forty minute ride there. They never addressed the long wait time. I have a bad back so when I was standing fidgeting around they called out did I want to reschedule. I will not reschedule because I will not allow them to take any part in my healthcare. Absolutely no professionalism at this office. If you do not want to help sick people do not work at a doctors office. I could tell you they ordered their lunch and cheesecake for dessert when I'm wondering if and when me and my elderly mother who had to drive me would eat. I will be calling my insurance to insist they do not allow this office to bill us!

I requested an appointment online and I received a call back the same day to schedule. I was asked what insurance I had. I clearly stated that I have United Healthcare Medicare Advantage. The scheduler asked whether it was through AARP; I said no, and she said "okay." My appointment was booked and I was told I would receive an email with paperwork to complete. No email ever arrived, so I called again. The person I spoke to apologized and said she would resend the forms. She also asked about my insurance again, and this time told me that they do not accept United Healthcare Medicare Advantage. I explained that my plan pays both in and out of network, and she said "okay," so I proceeded. On the day of my appointment, I finally received the online forms and completed every document they sent. Not even five minutes after submitting them, I got a phone call telling me--once again--that they do not accept United Healthcare. I repeated that my plan covers out-of-network care, but I was told that "they don't do it that way" and that I would have to pay upfront and try to get reimbursement on my own. This entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I was asked multiple times about my insurance, yet each person gave me a different answer. I was allowed to schedule an appointment that they ultimately refused to honor unless I paid upfront, wasted my time completing paperwork, and was only told the "real" policy minutes before I walked out the door. What happened to medical offices caring about patients instead of money? It's disheartening to see how much things have changed. I hope they improve their communication, consistency, and compassion for future patients.

Service: Lip fillers My name is Ashli!!! Just warning you…read morenot to ever get your lips done here please!! I built a great relationship with Dr. Brenza! I got my lips done and loved them in 2017. I went back again for touch ups and again for more filler over a course of time! She injected incorrectly in my mucocutaneous line, also known as the wet dry boarder, which caused this. (I'm not a professional, obviously this is what I have been told when searching for places to get my lips fixed!) She lifted up my lip and injected underneath and once finding out what happened to my lips, I asked why this happened and she said she didn't even inject there. Things like this can happen, When the lips migrate I get that, however, when an injector injects right into that spot underneath your lips, and then lies, that's a big difference !!! When going back, doctor Brenza kicked me out of the office and told me I was never allowed to return. I went to many different doctors and they said she has to be the one to fix it and dissolve it. One plastic surgeon even wrote her a letter saying that it may need to be cut out at this point bc it could be scar tissue. My lips are so un even. I found one doctor that did try dissolving it and it didn't budge.. however, nobody wants to try to refill them, she should fix them. I have tried to reach out to her because the last picture is 2023 TODAY my lips look worse and the lumps underneath are bigger than before. She ignores all my messages when all I ask her to do is look at them to see if there is anything she could do. Just be careful if you ever go here!!!! She fooled me with being the nicest person ever!! Also, don't try and say you tried to fix the problem like you do in these other comments. You left me with botched lips for years and they have only gotten worse! I will continue to spread the word.
