As many others have noted, the staff in the office are incredibly rude. I don't really care about…read morethe office employees disposition-thats up to the office manager. The biggest issue is that Dr Garrin was using a company that he had never used and didn't know how to perform the surgery. As a result, my implants werent done correctly. I woke up in the middle of my surgery. This wouldn't have happened if I were being monitored by a Registered Nurse with ACLS and conscious sedation training. I can't state absolutely that the person who was required to monitor me wasn't an RN or ACLS-certified. Because I never got an answer from her. When I woke up in the middle of my surgery, there were 2 "other people" in the room during the surgery. These "other people" were reps from the "new company". They were teaching Dr. Garrin how to perform the procedure. I heard most of their conversations. I was never informed that this was new, nor was I advised that anyone else would be in the room with me. Not surprisingly, when I woke up, the "other people" were nowhere to be found! If I hadn't woken up DURING the procedure, I would never known that this was Dr. Garrin's first time doing this procedure and he was being trained, nor would I have known that there were 2 other people involved in my surgery. This is absolutely not in accordance with informed consent. The prosthdontist had to redo all the abutments. Yet they took me to small claims court for not paying them 1200$. As many other people commented, the judge knew his representatives well-sounds pretty suspicious! The judge wasnt interested in the fact that my surgery wasn't done properly; all he saw was an outstanding balance Both my children and I had used him in the past without issue (aside from the nasty lady at the front desk). I would suggest to anyone else to proceed with caution and ask questions..

I am very lucky to have Doctor Sandy Ha helping me with the recent oral surgery, bone graft, and…read moremore. Besides being exemplary with her work, she is extremely caring, patient, supportive, and friendly. I could tell that she cares about her patients a lot. She was so good that I didn't feel anything when she insert the IV to draw my blood and administer anesthesia (I have small veins so I usually had to get poked and dealt with pain a few times before). I felt at ease and worry free under her care. Her staffs are extremely nice too. She is new at the practice but I have no doubt that her name will be in "The top oral surgeon" soon! Thank you, Dr. Ha and Haddon Oral Surgeons staffs! Jenny

I was so excited when I found out how great DrP is. He's really great at getting shots in the right…read moreplace. Thats why I was so disappointed when I went to my follow up appointment and got Vince. The ablation I got worked great. The day I went I was in a great deal of pain with bursitis and neck pain. I asked him to prescribe steroids to get the inflammation down and he acted like I asked for heroin. Also, his accent was pretty thick and hard to understand. Then I tried to call the office manager after I left but she didn't get on the phone, or call me back. The first girl who answered took it upon herself to make threats about trying to get pain medication from more than one place! She didn't listen at all and had zero empathy. Honestly I felt like I was robbed of my copay. I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. I would love to hear Dr P( long Polish name) was in his own practice now. They said that only one of my 2 pain meds showed up in my urine specimen. That couldn't possibly be…read morecorrect. I take my meds religiously. Ever since they merged with the new pain management company, they've had problems with me for some reason. They tried to get me off of their service 10 months ago but their reason was a joke and they backed off. Well, they tried it again and told me I had a find another doctor. I asked them for the results of my specimen. I've called the medication line 4 times in the last 3 weeks and left the same message but as of yet, no response. So, what are they hiding? What are they afraid of ? I believe that ever since they new company took over, they wanted me off of their service because of the amount of pain meds they were prescribing to me for 5 years. So they made up this story that one of my meds wasn't in my sample. They told me to find another pain management doctor!! Well, it's not that easy. A new doctor thinks all the reasons I need a new doctor is because of misuse of my meds!! That's not accurate so now I have to go through horrible pain and back to living in my bed!! I've contacted my attorney to look into this nightmare of mine. I'm convinced that the new company wasn't happy with how much pain meds I was having and got worried about themselves so they made up a reason to get rid of me. My spine is fused on 7 vertebrae into my hip bones. I didn't have a cut on my finger!!
