Do NOT go here if you need rehabilitation physical therapy!…read more The therapist runs 30 min late too, 5 people who arrived AFTER my daughter were taken before her. I asked what was going on and the receptionist couldn't answer anything at all. I should have left. After 30 minutes the therapist FINALLY came into the waiting area to get us. She explained how it takes longer due to the evaluation on the first day,Were we being evaluated in the waiting area while I was asking to be seen? Do not seek physical therapy here if you are disabled!!!!!The therapist said she could not help us because she didn't have parallel bars- my daughter has been to a couple PT places and NEVER had to use those but she would have known that if she had read anything I wrote down. Another warning, it seems like 4-5 ppl are booked with the same therapist per hour-no one on one Physical Therapy here. I would have appreciated someone just telling me that on the phone when I made the appointment instead of torturing us with a long wait and bad business! I requested a call back from the office manager-I have not heard anything.

If you try to get a follow up with him, he schedules an in-office appointment at 6 a.m., which means there is no effort on his part to realistically provide health care services to the people who are sent to him to get those services. He also was deceptive about what was supposed to be accomplished with the one procedure he did on me. I was under the impression it was a procedure to alleviate pain, but he then claimed it was to test to see if future procedures (the ones he never followed up with) would work. I can't believe I waited 7 months for an appointment to end up being merely an income opportunity. Terrible, incompetent doctor.
