A day before the appointment, I was…read morecalled and asked if I had completed the paperwork for the visit, that I had almost a 400.00 co-pay and that I had to make this co-pay in advance, because this business didn't want to have to send their customers to a debt collector. I WAS SHOCKED THAT ANYONE WOULD SAY SOMETHING LIKE THIS. The " Office Manager that I spoke to was extremely rude. I told her that I did not receive any paperwork, could not afford this co-pay and would call her the next day to confirm the appointment. Due to her rudeness, never finding any paperwork, NOT BEING ABLE TO AFFORD SUCH AN EXORBITANT CO-PAY and feeling that being told a business didn't want to send me to collections, I did not return a call to confirm an appointment. Today, just prior to the appointment, I was called by the, " Office Manager" and asked if I was coming to the appointment. I told her no, and explained the aforementioned. At that time, she told me that I would be charged 75.00 for a missed appointment. She also said that she told me this the previous day. She did not. Also, I never received, or returned any paperwork from them and had no idea of any specific policies. At no time did I confirm an appointment. While I was talking to her about being rude, she hung up on me. When I called back another office personnel sided with her and said, I don't think she was being rude to you. Your appointment will be cancelled, but you will be charged 75.00." Both of them were grossly rude. No one should ever speak to a customer in the manner that both of them spoke to me. I have NEVER been spoken to like this in all of my 64 years on earth. BY ALL MEANS, DO NOT PATRONIZE A BUSINESS LIKE THIS!!

I am writing this to share my personal experience as a former pediatric patient, in the hope that…read moreit helps others feel validated and encourages parents and patients to trust their instincts. I saw Dr. Perrin as a child for allergy treatment (cats, dust, mold, stuffed animals, etc.). From a very young age, this practice was one of the places where I felt the most unsafe and uncomfortable. Most visits with the doctor left me feeling uncomfortable and uneasy. The way Dr. Perrin looked at me and interacted with me felt creepy and inappropriate. He frequently touched my ears, earrings, hair, neck, rubbed my shoes, and feet in ways that did not feel medically necessary. During allergy shots or examinations, he often insisted that I remove my shirt so he could "check my posture," despite me insisting that posture checks were already being evaluated at my school. There was another time I had to complete a fitness test. You run in circles behind the office. Most of the patients would complete it and come back in, get set up to a machine. But for mine, he would watch me run for the entire 10-15 minutes. Watching and smiling. He'd also insist to clean my ears and rub them. These requests happened repeatedly. I regularly complained and expressed discomfort, and I hated going to appointments. I often begged my mother or a nurse to come into the room with me because I did not want to be alone with him. At the time, my concerns were brushed off because he was a doctor and considered a professional. And her friends said he's great and does a very thorough job. The most disturbing incident occurred when, as a 12-year-old, he told me I needed to remove all my clothes for a vaginal exam. When I questioned why an allergist would need to do this, he claimed he needed to check my hymen and said it was connected to my lungs and could be affecting my breathing. Even as a child, this logic felt weird and wrong. I became extremely upset, refused, and cried to my mother. Looking back as an adult, I now understand how inappropriate and frightening these experiences were. No child should feel confused, scared, or unsafe during medical care. If that is constantly the case, look at the doctor, not the child. After the Olympic doctor scandal, I wanted to do something, but I never did. I was relieved to learn that this practice is now closed and that Dr. Perrin has since retired. My heart goes out to anyone else who may have had similar experiences. I hope this review helps others feel less alone and reminds parents and patients to listen to that inner voice when something doesn't feel right. I hope I was an exception and not the rule. I release and let go of this.

I was seen by an urgent care that gave me vertigo medicine which helped and they told me to see an ENT. I went to this practice, and I would never go back. The staff here is not friendly. I was seen by a doctor who did one or two quick tests and dismissed me. He sent me out to a physical therapist and basically said he couldn't help me. The physical therapist couldn't see me for 2 weeks, and this office refused to give me any vertigo medicine or even recommend anything over the counter that would help until my appointment with the physical therapist. After all was said and done, I received a $350 bill in the mail for a complete waste of my time. If you're considering going to an ENT, I would look elsewhere.
