First, they squeezed us in last minute, same day, for an issue that ended up being pretty urgent. Rare to be able to see a good ent same day. Issue was immediately identified and addressed, and within a few days of treatment, was clearing up. Front desk was also excellent, wait times were almost non existent, and back office at check out was excellent as well. Great dr and great support. Not that a trip to a specialist is a good thing, but this is the place to go if you want good care.

He tried a course of antibiotics, then tested to see if the infection was still there, ordered a Cat Scan, and then highly recommended surgery to drain my sinus. I waited a day then called the office and asked to speak to the PA however, the PA was busy. 30 mins later some unknown person called me and told me the PA said there was no problem. I now see Dr Costabile, my husband sees him and my son who is mentally challenged sees him. We were all once Dr. Lawler's patients. I never thought we would find someone as good, kind and caring as Dr. Lawler. We had our first visit. I was immediately impressed. I never saw Dr Costabile before that that day.. I was amazed at how he was aware of my health history, listened to me and my concerns. He must have reviewed my complete medical files. He talks as if he had known me and been my Dr for years! He never hesitates when he thinks I need an x-ray or MRI or anything extra. As I said, my son is mentally challenged. At times he can be a bit much. He doesn't like change but he was very comfortable with Dr Costabile. He is very good with him very empathetic and understanding. I would highly recommend Dr Costabile to anyone. I had thought that if I didn't like the new doctor, I would switch to someone near where I live, we used to live in KOP. We now live in Lansdale so it's a little drive for us however , I was so impressed with Dr Costabile. We decided to stay with him. The ride is well worth it. I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr Costabile is. I so appreciate his professionalism knowledge and kindness. Also the staff there is amazing. Very welcoming and helpful!
