Our previous PCP's office (Family Medicine of Greenville) was a nightmare to deal with. Scheduled appointment times meant nothing. It was quite common to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. Telephone communications were so frustrating - either not answered or returned. Dr. Maleh's office runs very efficiently. Scheduled appointments are kept within 15 minutes if that (I've been 3 times now and haven't waited any extended time). Stacey, his office contact, is wonderful to deal with. You may get the answering machine if she is checking out a patient, but do not despair. Leave a message she absolutely returns your call! Regarding Dr. Maleh ... he does not give the bums rush (gotta hurry because he has another patient waiting kind of thing). He truly takes the time to get to know his patients.

A lot of times I don't feel like I'm heard and, doctors are always telling me that I'm fine. But she really sat and listened to everything I had to say and all my concerns. I told her about my concern and she told me that she would be willing to do the test that I wanted, but also informed me that it will be most likely an out-of-pocket test. This gave me the reassurance that I wouldn't have to beg for the test that I wanted if I ended up wanting to take it and was willing to pay for it. Really great Service and I will definitely be coming back here and definitely take this place as their new primary care.
