Took my family member here for a walk in appointment for what appeared to be a sinus infection…read more After a course of antibiotics from an urgent care, they still had symptoms There is a large sign on Business Rte 30 saying they take walk ins. They don't always take walk ins, we learned. If there is a hole in the schedule, they will plug you in or schedule you for another day, if they can. Care here was thorough. I did not have to pay anything upfront but it appears that that depends on insurance. Follow-up was not with a doctor but with a PA. There was a lot of push at the follow up for allergy testing. (There is some history of that) but considering allergy shots/treatment was not something we wanted we did not sign up for that that day. OTC treatments were suggested and followed and this brought enough relief

I've been asking them to send a script to a place that would and even though they keep claiming they did the other place keeps saying they never got it. Considering their patient portal doesn't work this is extremely irresponsible.

I was referred to this practice for a possible food allergy and initially appreciated the…read morerelatively prompt appointment scheduling. However, one week before my visit, I received a call from someone named Alex, informing me that my insurance had been "run" and that I would owe 100% of the cost upfront--approximately $700--due to not meeting my deductible. Suspicious, I contacted my insurance provider directly, who confirmed I had met my deductible and would only owe a 20% coinsurance. When I relayed this to the office, they suddenly agreed I only needed to pay $80. This kind of misinformation, whether intentional or due to incompetence, is unacceptable in any medical setting. Ironically, I wasn't even charged anything at the time of the visit. I had followed their instructions to stop taking allergy medication for a week in preparation for allergy testing--only to be told by Dr. Chegini during the appointment that testing was "unnecessary." My primary reason for being referred to this office was ignored, and my concerns were completely dismissed. The office environment itself was unprofessional and uncomfortable: the staff were rude and unwelcoming, the space was overheated, and there was a strong, musty odor--conditions that are particularly inappropriate for an allergy clinic. To make matters worse, I waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled time with no explanation or apology. When I was finally seen, Dr. Chegini was difficult to understand due to speaking through a mask and made little effort to clarify or communicate effectively. After a brief and dismissive discussion, I was told, without testing, that I did not have an allergy and was bizarrely advised to use ChatGPT to research my symptoms. That is not medical care--that's negligence. Instead of receiving the care I was referred for, I got an unsolicited lecture on pregnancy, reflux (which is already under control), and nasal spray technique. I genuinely considered walking out mid-appointment. I cannot understand how this practice has such positive reviews, but my experience was appalling. I will be strongly advising my family and friends to avoid this office at all costs.

BTW...my husband was able to see the same doc I had been scheduled with...he told her of my experience...she denied that she had cancelled any appointments and had not had any family emergency that kept her from work. She promised she would look into it. I am so deeply concerned and saddened by the change in management . This had been a top of the line practice since it opened. No longer true.
