I have received multiple emails and voicemail messages and I haven't even been there yet. I decided to cancel my appointment when I read the last email and realized they have no clue how to handle various Medicare plans.

So friendly, helpful and cheerful. The nurses are incredible. So much knowledge , you can tell they know and love their job. I've been coming for about 3 year's now, not 1 bad experience and I've really gotten to know the staff on a more personal level. Stacey and Shannon I have dealt with the most and I must say they are 2 of the most caring and compassionate people I have had a pleasure of meeting. He looked at me/my child the entire time with no notepad or comptuer. Instead, he just seemed to diagnose and treat without worrying about the time. My son was at another pediatricians office who tried to handle his allergies; but they failed miserably. Then Dr. Lauer just said, see an allergist, here is a referral. I called the specialist and mentioned Lauers name - they knew he was really good too and got me in the next day. It has been great ever since.
