Took my family member here for a walk in appointment for what appeared to be a sinus infection. After a course of antibiotics from an urgent care, they still had symptoms There is a large sign on Business Rte 30 saying they take walk ins. They don't always take walk ins, we learned. If there is a hole in the schedule, they will plug you in or schedule you for another day, if they can. Care here was thorough. I did not have to pay anything upfront but it appears that that depends on insurance. Follow-up was not with a doctor but with a PA. There was a lot of push at the follow up for allergy testing. (There is some history of that) but considering allergy shots/treatment was not something we wanted we did not sign up for that that day. Terrible communication. First they didn't tell me when making an appointment for a ct scan at their center that my insurance might not cover it. I've been asking them to send a script to a place that would and even though they keep claiming they did the other place keeps saying they never got it. They also don't print up after visit notes and when I asked if they could give me a list of allergies I tested positive for (I have ADHD and struggle to remember things) they said they would and never did. Considering their patient portal doesn't work this is extremely irresponsible. read more

A+ from check in to check out. Check in was very smooth, had docs filled out on line, made check in take three minutes. Nurse that took me back was professional and very nice gathering my info. Put me totally at ease. The PA was down to earth, ask questions and really listened to everything I said. Doctor came in totally relaxed, talked to me and listened to my concerns. Spoke about my condition ask for questions from me. Made a plan with a follow up to check on progress. Wrote script. Checking out just as pleasant, including setting up follow up appointment. Extremely Disappointed - A Waste of Time, Money, and Trust I've been a patient at ENTACC since March 2025 for one very specific reason: a hole in my nasal septum. Let me be clear--I came to this office for that issue alone. It's now May 31st, and after three months, multiple visits, and more than $1000 out of pocket, I'm no closer to understanding or resolving the problem than I was on day one. I first saw Dr. Keszeli on March 18th. He confirmed the hole via endoscopy, put me on antibiotics and steroids, and vaguely stated the hole was due to "trauma"--but not the concussion I had in November 2024, despite it being the only trauma I've experienced. Surgery? Not an option, he said. Fine. But what is the option? That part was never addressed. I had a CT scan done on April 8th, after being told I'd be notified if my insurance wouldn't cover it. No notification ever came. Imagine my surprise when I showed up and was told the scan would cost $250. I paid it, because I was already there. Spoiler: the hole was still there. No new insight, no next steps. Instead of addressing the septal perforation, I was told I should have allergy testing done. Again, I was told I'd be notified about any associated fees. I had the skin test done on May 20th. Guess what? Another surprise bill--$496. No warning, no heads-up, just a giant invoice after the fact. And because discussing the results apparently requires a separate appointment, I had to come in again. When I arrived at the Exton office for the follow-up, I was informed I was actually scheduled for West Chester--for no apparent reason. Thankfully, I saw a PA named Anna (the one bright spot in this whole mess), who actually listened, showed some empathy, and explained that my "mild" allergic reactions could be treated with over-the-counter meds. So what exactly did I pay nearly $500 for? To top it off, just days before that appointment, I received a new invoice for $296 from my initial March visit--something no one ever mentioned despite multiple visits in the meantime. Here's the bottom line: I came to ENTACC for help with a very real, very specific medical issue--a septal perforation. Instead, I got a pile of prescriptions, expensive tests of questionable relevance, a never-ending surprise billing nightmare, and zero progress or answers regarding the actual problem I came for. Dr. Keszeli and the ENTACC administrative team have offered little in the way of communication, follow-through, or clear medical guidance. The whole experience has felt more like a conveyor belt of upcharges than actual patient care. If you're looking for answers or a treatment plan, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. read more

I also had a negative experience going to ENTACC this past Spring and early Summer. I initially went in to have an issue with a buzzing in my ear addressed in January 2025 with Dr. Picariello. In the months that followed, among other tests, I was subjected to ridiculous skin allergy testing that were a complete waste of time and money. And I never actually had any follow up with Dr Picariello after all of the testing, simply got the test results disclosed to me with a nurse. All told, I ended up spending over $750 in bills for complete nonsense. I thought I'd paid all that was due and then another huge surprise bill would show up. There is no transparency about upcoming charges because obviously they are up-selling unnecessary testing. Fortunately over time the buzzing went away on its own, not because of any particular medical care from ENTACC. If you need to see ENT, actually go to Penn Medicine or somewhere else. read more

Dr. Mariotti is a true expert in his specialty. He performed a thorough exam and discovered the source of my issue that I have been struggling with for a very long time. He presented a number of sound treatment options and although I was a bit anxious about the procedure I chose to have done, he was so incredibly kind and professional, that I was able to relax. I had an excellent experience with ENTACC during a time that I was really hurting. I called to make an appointment at the advice of my primary care physician. Based on experiences with other specialties, I was afraid that the appointment would be a week or a month out. I explained my situation to the person making appointments and she worked with Dr. Mariotti and staff to get me an appointment that afternoon! Everyone there was kind, gentle, friendly and there to help. Even though I could see they were extremely busy, I never felt that my care was rushed. What a pleasant experience - and an uncommon delight nowadays in medical care. read more

If negative stars could be posted I would post -5! Beware if you are considering choosing this place for allergies. I had a sinus infection, doctor confirmed. Charges 464 dollars to scope up your nose for 10 seconds after you sign a waiver. Doctor basically demands an allergy test which is 1,000 and must be paid in full before procedure. I advised Dr. Keszeli I was allergic to everything but my sinuses have been worse since covid. He never listened to me as if i wasnt even speaking. He knew he only wanted to prescribe the lifelong (5yr) allergy plan where you get a shot once a week for 5 years in their office which cost thousands. I was reluctant but took his suggestion and not only did the allergy test, but I also did the head cat scan which was also very expensive. After multiple visits and antibiotics to get my infection under control, I did both tests. I was not even out of the building and he and the nurses were pushing me to agree to a 5 year program to which I said I need to think about. Once the cat scan results were back he stated I had a deviated septum and required surgery. Also, before I walked out the door, he wanted to schedule my surgery. Not a care in the world about how I felt. I refuse to pay my last visit and now they are going to collections with this debt. I advised them multiple times, i would not be paying it and I would also file a claim to get all my money back to which they ignored. I will be filing my small claims case in the next few days. Horrible place and as far as I am concerned, they should not be practicing. read more

tldr: medical care is rushed, billing is a problem I went to this provider for the first time (new to the area) for a diagnostic procedure I've had before more times than I can remember over the last 15 years. Due to the prohibitive cost of healthcare for the average person, I'm very much on point with my insurance coverage and making sure I stay within budget for medical expenses. I know very few people do this, so I felt this review was extra warranted. I spoke with the billing staff prior to having this procedure conducted and specifically asked how much would be billed to the insurance (so I could figure out my out of pocket). She came back with quotes for two procedures (both with which I am familiar). There's the cursory less invasive one for quick check ups and and more extensive one for more thorough check ups. I didn't find this out until after I recevied the bill, but the amounts she quoted were the post-billing amounts (which were lower than the base amounts, obviously) not the pre-billing amounts that I had requested. Additionally, for the procedure, they used the more thorough (i.e. expensive) equipment and conducted the less thorough exam (and just told me I probably have a sinus infection and sent me off with an expensive prescription). As a result, they were able to bill my insurance (and me) as if they did the more thorough exam. At the end of this, I was stuck with a bill more than I had anticipated. I called the billing staff to discuss this. They admitted fault over providing me the wrong financial information, but they aren't taking responsibility so I'm still stuck with the bill which is a real drain on my HSA. Overall, I'm spending about $200 more than I anticipated based on information they provided prior to any procedure. Honestly, I probably could have gone to a walk-in clinic, spent 1/5 to 1/4 as much and walked out with the same result. read more

I'd like to start with the fact that this is only my 2nd Yelp review. I wish I knew how to get a forensic accountant to review all the suspected fraudulent charges that are always popping up. Like an idiot, I've been going here for a few years now. I always pay my copay as you check in or if they're busy then at check out. I noticed on occasion I was being told that I had an unpaid balance and was charged double my copay. I figured that it might be right but it didn't sound like it to me but, oh well. Then it was even other visit, now EVERY visit. This time when I complained they came up with a supposed charge from 2018! A 2 year copay that mysteriously never appeared in all my 2019 or 2020 visits?!?!?!?! Seriously? Then, the copay from 2018 that they want me to pay is the same amount as I pay this year on a different insurance plan. My copay on 2018 was half what it is this year. But I was upset at the time because, 1) my medical issue wasn't treated or diagnosed properly (in my opinion). And 2) the first thing they said as I checked in was in reference to this balance. I reluctantly paid it and promised to NEVER step foot in this practice again! If you do go to this practice, I implore you to keep meticulous records. Since getting home and calming down I looked on my credit card statement last and found that have in fact been getting double charged on multiple visits. ent there about 5 or 6 times for the same problem. Already paid them a bunch of money and I tried to get on a payment plan for what i still owe them for all the times they misdiagnosed me. Now they want me to pay them 400 up front to do more tests. Since I cant pay 400 up front right now they told me to go back to my pcp. They got my money and now they are trying to be done with me. They do not care about their patients and just want to be paid. I can see why the reviews are so bad and I regret ever coming here. I would not recommend this place. Go somewhere else where the people actually care. Do not waste your time with this place. read more

Hidden fees for "services" that I cannot even recall. I went in to discuss allergies. I think he looked up my nose with a flashlight and in addition to a $40 co-pay they charged $464 for a Nasal Endoscopy. My insurance (which is good) paid $109.75 and they now want $123.66 from me. Seriously, they didn't do anything worth billing. The guy looked up my nose with a flashlight like every other doctor does. Avoid this place. I know I will! I had a bad feeling after I left and found someone better. This surprise bill just confirmed my suspicions. read more
