When a customer try and explain what they know about their insurance because they went through the process not the worker . She kept trying to tell me my insurance was Medicaid when my social worker said to me it's not just because it's has the Delaware social services on it the person would not listen to me he said I'm just trying to help you, but she wasn't over me and kept repeating herself like I don't know what I'm talking about. I would not be over anymore . She should have let me talk and explain my insurance read more

The girl behind the reception desk was extremely unprofessional, very rude, and even yelled at me. I knew the second I went up to the counter to check in that she was going to be an issue and boy why she! I don't know what happened when it used to be St. Francis women's care. It was wonderful now all new people it's called Trinity it's horrible. read more

Terrible practice. My doctor shared information/diagnosis with an outside specialist that was not even remotely accurate. This could have be absolutely detrimental to someone's care, but fortunately I am considered healthy and did not suffer from something so negligent. I sensed a disregard for my health for years, but unfortunately I did nothing about it until recently. Do yourself a favor and believe the terrible reviews - I chose not to in the beginning. The one positive from this experience is that it's helped me appreciate the excellent care I am receiving now. read more

Prayer is very important when you're dealing with the staff, Doctor/NP and even the manager. Jesus is you're friend indeed. Keep in mind don't stay with a doctor too long especially if your not completely satisfied remember it's your body and your health. read more

Never got a phone call on missing late payment. How can I pay when I don't have a bill. So what happens they send us to collections!!! For being 30 days late. When no call to remind me of a payment due for husbands office visit. The worst office in the history of offices. So we pay in person they charged us 50.00 more dollars then my bill was. Said it was in collections and I had to pay that amount. Don't go to these people. Found another dr. They don't even deserve 1 star!!!! read more

There is a reason the other 2 sites have a higher rating. Why? Sheehan and Palandjian hands down. Palandjian is just worried about how many patients he can see in one day to make up FOR all the Medicare cutbacks. He triple books patients in one time slot. Like a fast food joint in there. He never makes eye contact and only treats for what he brings you back for every 3 months. He never steps out of the box TO DO further care even if you have risk factors to WARRANT further testing. Please don't go here, he is only worried about the quantity not the quality!!!!!! read more

Was a patient for many years. The practice has gone down hill every year. I was charged for appointments that I made a point to cancel. When I protested the charges I was told that they can only go by their answering service and said and there are no records kept or way to prove I called so too bad. I called to make an appointment recently and was told that because I had not been to the doctors in over a year that I ( and my grown child) were dropped as patients. The doctor gets paid per visit and since I was not very sickly and had only been there sporadically over the years they were not making money off of me and would prefer a patient who comes in regularly. I had stayed at the practice because Dr. Palandjian was an ok doctor however as time passed he appeared to care less about the patients and more about the money. Dr. Sheena has the absolutely worse bedside manner I have ever experienced. The staffs incompetence, unsympathetic and rude service provided completely undermines any services provided by the doctor. read more

I've never been treated so poorly by a nurse practitioner or doctor before. If you are looking for medical care to help you feel better and be healthier this is not the place. Dr. Sheehan did not introduce herself nor make eye contact with me at the one and only appointment I will have with her. In my intake appointment with the nurse practitioner she took time to tell me that my intake was taking too long, and behaved as though she was angry or offended that I use nutritional supplements to help maintain my health. She said to me "we don't do that here" in response to learning that I use basic nutritional supplements like vitamin D and vitamin C. When I asked what she meant she said that nutritional supplements are "alternative medicine". Since any nutritional supplements that I take were requested to be disclosed to them in their own intake packet I found her response to that information oddly aggressive and irrelevant to my health concerns. The office/desk staff were friendly, responsive and efficient; the medical staff were just the opposite and there was a palpable tension in the environment. Very unpleasant and off putting experience. I will not be going back. read more

I went on my appointment and I was treated rudely & Discriminated by Melissa Sheenan at Total care Silverside Rd that is not even my primary care doctor..very rude and nasty! read more

Dr. Sheehan has to go. If I tell you that I don't get a period and I have issues down there, why would you advise me to go to my endocrinologist. SHES A DIABETIC DOCTOR!! You are in there so why not help my situation!! read more

TCP is the worst practice that I have ever had to deal with. A year ago, I sent an e-mail to my doctor's (Dr. Melissa Sheehan) secretary, Emma Hull at the time, for a prescription refill. My request was explicitly spelled out in the e-mail - the medication, the dosage and the pharmacy - all information they had used previously. I waited three days and the pharmacy had no record of a refill being sent over. It turns out, Emma, sent the wrong dosage, and, it was sent to the wrong pharmacy! Now to my telemed appointment on Tuesday, June 13, 2023. Dr. Melissa Sheehan paid no attention to the progress I was making. My B/P (I take at home) was down, my weight was down, I am more active and no longer drinking. She didn't even make any kind of remark about my progress. All she was focused on was the fact that they had their medical records system upgraded and was asking information that they had on file with their previous record system. She was asking me when I got my last Covid shot as well as all of the other vaccinations I have received over the previous three years. Then she was asking me a dozen really basic questions that they already knew the answer to. UGH! Lastly, I asked her for refills on my two current prescriptions and said she would send them to CVS. Well today I go to CVS and they filled one prescription with a 10mg dose for 90 days instead of what I had been getting filled which was a 20mg dose. I am now so glad I am totally done with Dr. Sheehan and TCP. Never again. read more

In a time when there are NO primary care doctors avail they scheduled me as a new patient even if I had to wait. People demand too much of doctors its amazing how people complain on line. Great experience here. read more

Dr. Palandjian is not attentive to patient needs at all. He's not listening only writing prescriptions and billing. I will never go to his office again. read more

The total care in Wilmington silverside road is horrible. I switched due to location. They advertise that the do diabetes management and they do not. Dr. Sheehan insist I see an endocrinologist even though my blood sugars are not critical. I switched to this office for the reason of DM and was very let down. Dr. Sheehan also takes over two weeks to respond to any messages regardless of the urgency. The secretary is the same way. I need a Dr. who is going to not falsely advertise they do an all in one type thing and they do not. Ill be switching back to my old provider. ALso, was diagnosed with bronchitis and never took an xray, 2 months later I couldn't take the pain anymore so went to the ER and was diagnosed with Pneumonia. Dr. Sheehan is not a good Dr. Maybe needs to redo her residency read more

Melissa Sheehan. I will never go back to her. She is condescending. I feel completely uncomfortable with her. I feel like she hears what she wants to and not what is actually being said. Sad to say, because my family has gone to her for many years. read more

I have come to TCP since I was a teenager.(35now) I had the unfortunate opportunity to be seen by Melissa Sheehan yesterday and she has me looking for a new primary as I type. Not only did she misdiagnose me and unnecessary put me on antibiotics, she was condescending, rude and an all around jerk who clearly doesn't listen to her patients. She is lucky Im only on Yelp and not reporting her to the state of Delaware. I will be writing a formal complaint. read more

The doctors here are great, but the office staff, not so much. I made an appointment earlier this year and called back later that same day to cancel it--but they never canceled my appointment, so I got charged a no-show fee. AND I never received an automated appointment reminder call, so I thought it was taken care of until I got the bill. So I called the office staff, who had NO record of me canceling the appointment, but said they would look into it. Never got any notice of it until 2 months later when they sent a $25 bill to collections. This staff is the worst and I will be finding a new primary care physician. read more

We have dealt with this office for over 20 years. You will never meet a more caring group of people. But remember that they cannot work on their own. Patients have to be pro-active in their health care. They cannot just wander in and say " fix me". read more

I can't say much about the quality of care, and yes, it is a money factory. My PCP relocated from Foulk Road to Media, PA, so I was in the market and shopping for a new PCP. I made my appointment 2 weeks out, received a reminder two days prior to appointment reminding me that customers are billed for missed appointments. On the morning of my appointment I was called to confirm I was still coming for my 3:00pm Appointment, and was reminded I would be billed if I missed the appointment. I showed up for my appointment at 2:30, filled out my paperwork, and waited to see the doctor. And waited. And waited. After I had been there two hours, and was told "just a few more minutes" twice, an hour and a half past my appointment time, I cancelled my appointment, was sure to collect a note saying I would not be billed, cut my losses and left. I never got to see a doctor, I am a single parent with two minor children, and at this point it was 4:30pm on a Friday and I hadn't even been called in the back yet. I lost three hours from work not to mention I would have arranged to work two hours of overtime that day, so this trip cost me around $150 take-home, and they had no remorse or sympathy, no apology at all. The staff is impersonal and unsympathetic, I never received an apology, and the waiting room is very much like a LabCorp. I definitely felt like a piece of meat here, and that there was no respect or regard for my time or inconvenience. As far as the money part, they advertise that they now do their own in-house Lab work "for your convenience". Right. While I was patiently waiting, their must have been 40 people come in for lab work, get called back, and leave, it is like a LabCorp there, and it is very clear where their priorities are, with the quick and easy money. Their are a number of Physicians up and down Foulk Road and Silverside Road, now I have to continue searching for a new PCP. read more
