Excellent. Listens and takes his time. Friendly. Great place for diabetics. Gets back very quickly. Worked with me for referrals.

This is by far the best run, most caring provider's office I've ever had the pleasure of attending. I am a senior with a prior heart condition and would not normally be comfortable with a NP or PA-C, however, just the opposite at Progressive Health. I see Jennifer G. and she is brilliant, caring, kind, and thorough. My daughter says the same thing about the NP she sees. The clinic staff are efficient and well trained. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointments and they also have telehealth if requested. This office covers all of the areas of whole health from an exercise facility to healthy pot lucks and community service. What an amazing concept! I would recommend this clinic to everyone!! A lot of times I don't feel like I'm heard and, doctors are always telling me that I'm fine. But she really sat and listened to everything I had to say and all my concerns. I told her about my concern and she told me that she would be willing to do the test that I wanted, but also informed me that it will be most likely an out-of-pocket test. This gave me the reassurance that I wouldn't have to beg for the test that I wanted if I ended up wanting to take it and was willing to pay for it. Really great Service and I will definitely be coming back here and definitely take this place as their new primary care.

Our previous PCP's office (Family Medicine of Greenville) was a nightmare to deal with. Scheduled appointment times meant nothing. It was quite common to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. Telephone communications were so frustrating - either not answered or returned. Dr. Maleh's office runs very efficiently. Scheduled appointments are kept within 15 minutes if that (I've been 3 times now and haven't waited any extended time). Stacey, his office contact, is wonderful to deal with. You may get the answering machine if she is checking out a patient, but do not despair. Leave a message she absolutely returns your call! Regarding Dr. Maleh ... he does not give the bums rush (gotta hurry because he has another patient waiting kind of thing). He truly takes the time to get to know his patients.

Incompetent, inefficient, inconsiderate front desk operation who are not well versed in HIPPA/…read moreFERPA, with poor verbal and written communication skills. Wasted 20 mins of my time filling out forms over the phone, having to repeat and spell almost every word. Was then sent the same exact forms electronically to repeat. Called to ask if it was a mistake and was given a condescending and nonsensical answer. Was told they hand write the first file and then the patient does it all over again for an additional file indicating they do not have up to date or coordinating systems. At that point I should have cancelled but I continued to make an appt. The assistant then gave me the wrong time when confirming which I had to correct leaving me unconfident it was entered properly. Feeling unsure, I asked several doctor friends about Dr Zhang and was told to seek out a more experienced doctor. I then saw several poor reviews. The next day the assistant called me 3 times while I was on a business call. I forwarded her to voicemail and found out from her that Dr Zhang does not have experience with young adults and the appointment was cancelled. Still worried they will charge me, I cancelled the credit card I had to put on file with them. Moved on to a more efficient and experienced practice and was able to get an appointment with a top rheumatologist. Worst encounter I have ever had with any doctor or business in my entire life. Zero stars. "
