This gave me the reassurance that I wouldn't have to beg for the test that I wanted if I ended up wanting to take it and was willing to pay for it. The office is bright, serenely decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in and felt very pampered and well taken care of. This was the first time my daughter tried the IV Therapy and they explained the whole process and the benefits of IV Vitamin Infusions. This was not my first time getting the infusion so I knew what to expect. Dr. Banfield easily got us set up which is amazing considering both my daughter and I are notorious for being challenging to successfully find a vein at the first go. We were very comfortable and relaxed during our session and even took advantage of getting additional saline to get extra hydrated for only $10 extra (it costs significantly more than that where I live). After being set up, Dr.Banfield gave us some privacy to relax and rejuvenate, checking in on us often to ensure we were ok. When we were done checking out and paying was very easy and quick. My daughter works full-time and goes to law school at night and not even 5mins after we left she told me how amazing and energized she felt and that she's convinced that this is something that she needs to do as part of her self-care...I couldn't agree more! Our previous PCP's office (Family Medicine of Greenville) was a nightmare to deal with. Scheduled appointment times meant nothing. It was quite common to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. Telephone communications were so frustrating - either not answered or returned. Dr. Maleh's office runs very efficiently. Scheduled appointments are kept within 15 minutes if that (I've been 3 times now and haven't waited any extended time). Stacey, his office contact, is wonderful to deal with. You may get the answering machine if she is checking out a patient, but do not despair. Leave a message she absolutely returns your call! Regarding Dr. Maleh ... he does not give the bums rush (gotta hurry because he has another patient waiting kind of thing). He truly takes the time to get to know his patients.

My husband only visited this place for an operation clearance, only three months after he was cleared for the first one. (By him). The second operation was less extensive than the first. Dr. Pariche insisted he go through weeks and weeks of tests and routines only to tell him he was not able to clear him. In the meantime his scheduled surgeon retired after waiting patiently for the okay from the heart doctor. We went to another Heart Surgeon less than three weeks later. No additional tests required, in fact found it ridiculous that he required them in the first place!! Anyway Parish does not even perform surgeries any longer, is what he told us. Too busy ripping everyone off and the insurance companies included! He also charged $50 for a copy of his medical records which should have been available on his medical portal. At the time it was not. Only became available after he cashed the check!! Lousy $50!! Pure Greed, no bedside manner if you will!! Required to leave a star, painful to do so!!

I was skeptical when they did and didn't want to pay the fee so switched offices. Big mistake! There is no another office that cares as much! In fact during the time I was at another office I had a mystery illness that the other office couldn't solve (and in fact I am positive they didn't even believe what I was saying). After a year and a half of this illness, I decided to switch back because I knew how good the doctors here were. Dr Amick spent hours with me going over everything that had occurred and spent many hours on his own researching possibilities. After a few tests and just 2 or 3 months he diagnosed me and solved the problem! Dr Amick is a fantastic doctor. He cares and also helps educate you on what's going on, never trying to talk over your head. The office is clean, everyone in the office is super friendly and they never rush you so that you actually get excellent care. It's such a great feeling when you have a doctor like this!

I wanted a concierge service so I could deal with issues quickly as my mother was having mental decline due to vascular dementia. Dr. Maged and the staff have been wonderful over these last 2.5 years. Often my mother would complain of something and - if it was not an urgent issue - I'd leave an email with the MDVIP service. Dr. Maged would follow up with a phone call within 24 hours and either (a) talk things thru with me or (b) schedule an immediate visit for the next day. I have called the office with an urgent need first thing in the morning and the office always found a way to fit us in that day. My mother's mental decline has made for some difficulty with her as a patient - but Dr. Maged and the staff - always took time to listen to her and reassure her. They have been a wonderful support for me in caring for my mother and I would not change a thing. Dr. Maged is retiring and he took careful time and planning to introduce my mom to his replacement Dr. Crowe. We look forward to the same support, service and understanding as a patient at Internal Medicine Associates.
