My review is solely based on my experience at the Newark office in the Omega Professional Center. Though I was very impressed with the level of professionalism of the doctor I saw, the rest of the staff is atrocious. The initial nurse who took my vitals was rude. All the office staff is dismissive. I've had to call and wait on hold numerous times to get the results of a test I had to have done. Now, I'm from NY, but I don't think its too much to ask that the office staff treat people humanely. Once I finally got a hold of someone, I was berated about how she needs to do her job and that my call wasn't a priority. I also thought it was laughable that when I was exiting from my appointment, the one receptionist was trying to take care of something for me while the other one sat there looking at the Popeyes menu while the phone rang off the hook. Not to mention I didn't see the doctor until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Though I would highly recommend him for his knowledge, I would not under any circumstances recommend Total Care Physicians since they do not employ professional office staff. read more

Doctor Kvork and her staff leave a lot to be desired. My 90+yr old grandmother was there for exams and such. The staff was so unprofessional with ordering wrong meds and then not ordering her meds correctly. Wrong diagnosis on her leg and she ended up in a wound care center. We pulled her from Total Care and got her meds right through her heart doctor. This place is horrible... Try it at your own risk and health! read more

This is a horrible office. I have been there for 20 years at this office. Since I have been there a lot of changes have occured. None of them good. First when physicians leave, they do not notify their patients. 2nd if you have a question for the front office assistants most of them have a sour disposition about them and reluctantly help you. Third, this past week I had received a call regarding that my labs had come back and I was to make a follow up appt. When Melanie Monig was there (currently she left for another office), if labs were fine I could be seen when I needed a refill. I called the office back leaving a message (no one ever picks up the phone) and let them know that I did not think it was necessary to make a follow up appt. I am a registered nurse (15 years), and knew what the medications were that I was put on and would like the Nurse practitioner to call me back to discuss this. I received a letter in the mail the next day, saying I will make an appointment to discuss the labs and medications, Not signed by one specific person and the letter had some misspelled words and grammar errors. Not sure who did this but I will be going back to pick up my files and move to another physician office. read more

The phone manner has much to be desired when calling to inquire about scheduling an appointment.

All they want is money. They'll take if from you one way or the other. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They cycle through dr's so much that I hardly ever see the same one twice, therefore none know my history and have to go through it all over again. The one I do see now acts like she's above me. I've had to wait for over 30 mins to be seen, after my appt time. But I was late once and they didn't want to take me. I don't and wouldn't recommend them to even my worst enemy. Absolutely horrible practice. They treat you like they are running some free charity service, I have great insurance and I am a paying patient. From the moment you walk in the office it smells and staff is rude. Also, was sad to see them talking to an older gentlemen very rudely as if he was some senile idiot. I arrived exactly 10 minutes late and the receptionist went in the back to speak with the nurse practitioner Christine Mazzola that i had an appointment with she refused to see me and told her to re schedule me. I had taken off of work for this appointment, office was completely empty. Thoroughly disappointed! read more

I have been to both the Glasgow and the Omega offices and do not recommend using either practice. The staff seem completely disengaged. Both offices are dingy and remind me of the public health clinics I had to go to as a child. I sat half-dressed in a cold exam room waiting to see the nurse practitioner for nearly half an hour at Glasgow. read more

Watch out they have horrible billing. My daughter was a patient there in 2006. My Doctor left I went to a new pediatrician. 9 yrs later I get a note from a collection agency saying I owe $50.. Unbelievable it took them 9 yrs to contact me for $50.. and instead of sending a bill they had a collection agency come after me. At this point I have no idea why I had a $50.00 balance. IT was a well visit that should have been covered by my insurance at the time.. read more

This has to be the most non caring group of Dr.'s starting with the snooty receptionists to the "office manager" who wont even return a phone call even after I left a detailed message. I will explain my problem with the Newark office near the blood bank. Recently I had some health issues and I went to the walk in Medical Center for treatment. The Dr. there did a good job but he recommended I follow up with my family Dr., so I followed his advice and called to make an appointment. At this time I was told because I had not been there since 2011 I was considered a new patient even though I have been a patient for at least 17 years. I don't get sick often so therefore I don't go often. I should not be penalized and demoted just because I don't run to the Dr. frequently. That being said, I said ok, Ill be considered new and I would like to come in Wed morning if possible and I was told that new patients cant be seen on Wed mornings.....so at this time I expressed my opinion on the rule and the receptionist said if I didn't agree I could talk to someone else in charge and she forwarded me to them, only big surprise....they didn't answer or call back.... so I would not recommend this office to anyone. If they did this to me they will could do it to you too. read more
