A lot of times I don't feel like I'm heard and, doctors are always telling me that I'm fine. But she really sat and listened to everything I had to say and all my concerns. I told her about my concern and she told me that she would be willing to do the test that I wanted, but also informed me that it will be most likely an out-of-pocket test. This gave me the reassurance that I wouldn't have to beg for the test that I wanted if I ended up wanting to take it and was willing to pay for it. Really great Service and I will definitely be coming back here and definitely take this place as their new primary care.

This is by far the best run, most caring provider's office I've ever had the pleasure of attending. I am a senior with a prior heart condition and would not normally be comfortable with a NP or PA-C, however, just the opposite at Progressive Health. I see Jennifer G. and she is brilliant, caring, kind, and thorough. My daughter says the same thing about the NP she sees. The clinic staff are efficient and well trained. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for my appointments and they also have telehealth if requested. This office covers all of the areas of whole health from an exercise facility to healthy pot lucks and community service. What an amazing concept! I would recommend this clinic to everyone!! They put me right at ease. I am so happy with the results I'm getting . Can't wait to see the final result. He told me I would wear shorts again. And I cannot wait. So far I am so excited. Highly recommend!!

Looking for a doctor that really cares? Then this is the place for you! I had been going here for…read moremany many years before the office switched over to MD VIP. I was skeptical when they did and didn't want to pay the fee so switched offices. Big mistake! There is no another office that cares as much! In fact during the time I was at another office I had a mystery illness that the other office couldn't solve (and in fact I am positive they didn't even believe what I was saying). After a year and a half of this illness, I decided to switch back because I knew how good the doctors here were. Dr Amick spent hours with me going over everything that had occurred and spent many hours on his own researching possibilities. After a few tests and just 2 or 3 months he diagnosed me and solved the problem! Dr Amick is a fantastic doctor. He cares and also helps educate you on what's going on, never trying to talk over your head. The office is clean, everyone in the office is super friendly and they never rush you so that you actually get excellent care. It's such a great feeling when you have a doctor like this!

I moved my mother up to Delaware from SC 2.5 years ago and took over looking after her health care…read more She is 86 now. I wanted a concierge service so I could deal with issues quickly as my mother was having mental decline due to vascular dementia. Dr. Maged and the staff have been wonderful over these last 2.5 years. Often my mother would complain of something and - if it was not an urgent issue - I'd leave an email with the MDVIP service. Dr. Maged would follow up with a phone call within 24 hours and either (a) talk things thru with me or (b) schedule an immediate visit for the next day. I have called the office with an urgent need first thing in the morning and the office always found a way to fit us in that day. My mother's mental decline has made for some difficulty with her as a patient - but Dr. Maged and the staff - always took time to listen to her and reassure her. They have been a wonderful support for me in caring for my mother and I would not change a thing. Dr. Maged is retiring and he took careful time and planning to introduce my mom to his replacement Dr. Crowe. We look forward to the same support, service and understanding as a patient at Internal Medicine Associates.

He yelled at a full waiting room telling his patients that "he did not have time to pee" if you did not want to wait, you can leave. Should have walked out then. My husband only visited this place for an operation clearance, only three months after he was cleared for the first one. (By him). The second operation was less extensive than the first. Dr. Pariche insisted he go through weeks and weeks of tests and routines only to tell him he was not able to clear him. In the meantime his scheduled surgeon retired after waiting patiently for the okay from the heart doctor. We went to another Heart Surgeon less than three weeks later. No additional tests required, in fact found it ridiculous that he required them in the first place!! Anyway Parish does not even perform surgeries any longer, is what he told us. Too busy ripping everyone off and the insurance companies included! He also charged $50 for a copy of his medical records which should have been available on his medical portal. At the time it was not. Only became available after he cashed the check!! Lousy $50!! Pure Greed, no bedside manner if you will!! Required to leave a star, painful to do so!!

I've left 4 messages (you can never get someone to answer the phone) about a bill and needing an account review - no reply to any of them, and every time I try to go through another department I'm transferred to billing. Forget refill requests from providers. They're never processed on time and I ALWAYS have to be the go-between and call the practice to have them reply to the request. I'm told these things are handled by the same person. Not department, person!! And this incompetency has continued for many YEARS. This is unacceptable. I would give this practice 5 stars if these issues would be addressed.
