Awful experience and officiallh never going back. the nurses are okay but the doctors are condescending scum. Dr. Lim has been talking shit on her patients the past 2x I have gone and someone narcissistic enough to target individuals like this shouldn't be in charge of anyones life or health. not only is she a pos and doesn't help, but out right makes ur health worse. The only reason for even a 3-star review is the excellent work of Dr. Judy Lim... a compassionate, focused and skilled physician. The administration and front office, by contrast is a disaster. Disorganized, understaffed and slow... disinterested in their patients' time or need for clear and effective service. One very nice middle-aged Jamaican lady is usually at the front desk and answers the phone when you call... a thick accent that makes her all but unintelligible on the phone. Timely service never happens there, no matter what time you visit the office. I've sat waiting most of an hour for an injection... Dr. Lim asked the staff to do it, but they just forgot. Most of the nurses are very nice and capable. The front office is just a mess though. Buyer beware! read more

The 5 stars are for Dr Lim... She's been my PMP for some years now, and I'd follow her to the ends of the earth to keep her. I can't honestly believe that there is any physician out there who cares about patients more than her. Over the years she's inspired me to do better. read more

The front desk staff/receptionist is extremely rude, unprofessional and incompetent. With the horrific treatment that I received from the staff, I left the office without being seen. My husband had an appointment one week prior to me, and he waited 1.5 hours in the exam room before the doctor came in to see him for his physical. No apology given. My husband reached out to Dr. Agard with a follow-up question regarding his medication, and nobody has returned his call after over a week. We will both be seeking a new provider. read more

They have the worst staff in history. My wife fell and has back pain. She called their physician on call who promised to send something in for her at the pharmacy. He never did. We called the pharmacy all day...nothing. No phone call from the doctor explaining why or anything. You call them and they say they will put you through directly to your doctor and then hang up or put you through instead to the incompetent woman in charge of refills. Trying to get an in person appt is like pulling teeth. How can they assess your back pain over the telephone. Just bloody awful... read more

She is EXCELLENT in her advise and care. She provides realistic plans for weight loss. I have gone to others at top notch teaching institutions in DC and have not had the care, knowledge or concern that met my needs. I have recommended her to several friends. read more

I've been with Dr. Agard for over 25+ years. Fantastic and professional doctor. His humanitarian work is unsurpassed. As a nurse, I am always so impressed when a doctor knows his patients the way that Dr. Agard does. He is thorough and caring. Many of my colleagues also go to him as their primary physician. Dr. Lim has been a wonderful addition to the team. I've now been able to refer my two daughters to her as they have just aged out at their pediatrician's office. I trust them with the care of my children. That should say enough. read more

This is the worst Physcians office I have ever experienced. Having called three days in a row for an appt. as well as being disconnected two times and then receiving a bill when we never made an appointment is just too much. I would not recommend this practice to anyone! read more
