She is a doctor that I fully trust with managing my health care. I really hit the 'Jack Pot ' when I saw she was accepting new patients. Christiana Care Primary Care is very fortunate to have Dr. Olates for their staff of doctors. As a retired nurse, I was surprised that she was also another one of my doctors who called with the results of the tests she had ordered. This is rare in the medical field these days. I find that you can wait days ,weeks or no call at all for tests that your doctor has ordered. The nurse who called to inform me of the results, did not say all was normal, but actually gave me all the information I asked for. I find that you hear so many complaints about doctors and nurses, but the majority of people seldom show their appreciation for the ones that are really dedicated and compassionate in their field of medicine. The public also needs to remember a doctor, nurse and other members of the health field can only do so much when there is a shortage of health professionals. Times have changed since I was a nurse.
