I was told that they're in network with my insurance and they told me to come for two different visits to make sure my insurance covers the procedures they did. There was no need for any advanced procedures as I went for a regular visit. Before every procedure I confirmed with them if my insurance will cover it and they said yes but after 6 months I started getting bills for hundreds of dollars and now they are threatening me with debt collection calls. Disgusting and shameful.

After warning me they may be unfixable, Mallory spent the next 15 minutes mending these glasses and making them usable again. And in the process, she restored a tangible and sentimental link to my late father. And afterwards, she wouldn't let me pay her! I'll never forget her kindness and I will always be grateful for Mallory's incredible craftsmanship and hospitality. I am picky when it comes to my glasses, and I was happy that they provided honest opinions on how the frames looked on me. The office itself is very nice; it's clean, modern and has a good selection of frames. Dr. Staab was great. My eye exam was quick and thorough; the doctor explained everything and even showed me pictures of my eye on a monitor (something an Optometrician has never done for me before). They scheduled my appointment same day, had no wait, and overall provided an outstanding experience. I'm looking forward to going back next week to decide on my new frames, again, it's great to know I will get unbiased honest advice on the fit and style.
