I Love all pharmacy staff including Grocery and customer services. I have been using this store more than 20 years, never had a single issues. Exceptionally friendly, sincere, and well trained with smile in the face. I truly recommend this Giant Food Store.

As usual w CVS. No matter what location, CVS continually says a scrip is ready for pickup, and when you arrive, they have never been started. In addition, never pick up the phone. Never pickup the phone. In addition, a woman behind the counter says to step off to the side and she will fill both scrip. Fine. 25 minutes later, still not done. Then she says sorry I for busy and forgot. Was standing 10 ft away the entire time. Last.time I m using any cvs. Their customer non service is so bad, I'd say they have zero customer service abilities. It's a pharmacy rum by folks without a clue. About anything.

I've been going to this CVS since I was in middle school and several of my family members are…read moreregulars. It's an above average pharmacy and I'm grateful I've had it nearby. The service from the pharmacy is pretty good. Pharmacy counters are often cesspools of terrible service since they're in the overlapping part of the Venn diagram of things that involve health insurance, are tightly regulated, have employees endowed with strange power and uncomfortable responsibility, are subject to the hassles of day-to-day retail, etc. But, over twenty years, including very recently, we've had almost all good experiences and none as bafflingly bad as I've found commonplace at many pharmacies. The retail store has a nice selection and covers all of the bases you'd expect. The aisles and sections are well labeled and the layout is fairly intuitive, so you can find what you need even if you're the mix of confused, tired, and stressed out that one sometimes is when searching a drug store. In addition to medicines and toiletries, they have a lot of the odds, ends, seasonal items, and conveniences that sometimes draw one to a CVS. And, the checkout counter staff are generally pretty pleasant and try to be helpful. As of this writing, the overall star rating for this store seems unfairly low. I'm sure that the reviewers who gave bad ratings due to a bad experience are telling the truth... I've had my share of bad reviews pharmacy experiences, and I'm sure this location isn't immune to them... but, I don't think those are reflective of the norm at this store, where across countless visits the vast majority of our experiences have been great, and where even when there have been challenges with, say, coordinating with a doctor's office or insurance company, they've been competent and willing to be helpful.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for months. I'm here weekly getting some kind of prescription…read more.. today I came in and walked in on Diane or Dianna (old with long grey hair and a bang) being very rude to other customers ahead of me. I of course minded my business. When there was two people ahead of me she yelled out asking me what do I need. Very clearly uncomfortable yelling my business in front of everyone I nicely said "I wanted to ask about a supply you guys have back" there and pointed (I needed insulin needles). She asked me do I need anything from the case and I said no and again pointed to the back and said I rather not discuss this in front of everyone and she threw her hands at me and said "whatever". All the customers looked at me and let me know they saw that too.... When I finally make it to the front of the line so I could speak privately, I asked her is she allowed to tell customers whatever. She told me that she's "sorry if saying whatever is rude but you're holding up my line"... I was the third person in line when you yelled at me, how am I holding up your line? I told her that she's rude and I just got out the hospital and don't appreciate her being nasty and her words were "oh well I can't help you so please stand to the side"... I do get helped by a pharmacist but Diane is extremely nasty and has outgrown the patience needed to work in customer service. The pharmacist did say she was going to talk to her and that's great. But I will not be dealing with Diane in the future

This was only an inquiry about prescriptions ordered by my specialist. I never expected this type of treatment from any pharmaceutical company employee! My recommendation; stay as far away from this pharmacy unless you like being treated ignorantly, by an unprofessional, condescendingly, rude, ignorant person, who lacks both empathy and compassion! I have never in my life been treated like this, and I have been sick for 34 years, with fibromyalgia, chronic Lyme disease, spinal cord injured, with a whole list of other aliments. When you deal with chronic illness, this is the last way in which a person needs to be treated. All customers of ANY PHARMACY SHOULD BE TREATED WITH RESPECT! I AM APPALLED BY THE BEHAVIOR OF THIS INDIVIDUAL. SO AGAIN I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! I will be reporting him to the state licensing board. *********************************************Update: Just received a message from a Jeff from this Pharmacy, he was unhappy with this review, my response to this is: if you don't like this kind of review then don't treat customers in such a manner. He wants to claim that this review was false, however I stand 100 % behind this review, I have the proof as to how I was treated, and this Jeff is just delusional. Again I stand by what I wrote, if anyone else like the owner of this establishment, wants to discuss it further, I will be happy to have the dialogue, in a calm and respectful manner. ******

Welcome to my short story. I'm not sure what all these 1-starers/"wish there were 0 stars" people…read moreare all about. I've been going to this location for 8 years now and sure there can be glitches in the matrix as is normal for anywhere we go. However overall I've gotten the help and solutions I needed. Shocking how a little time, effort and patience can change the game. If you had a bad experience you too can try, try, try again. I believe in you. No idea about the front of house but I'm not here for that. The staff have been nothing but gracious, kind, and helpful for me etc. The updated app makes it even easier to get someone to talk to. There's a literal "message the pharmacy" option on the app. State your business and they call you back within an hour. Reach out, advocate for yourself, and don't depend on someone else to do it for you. I'm a talker (obviously) to close with; politeness, understanding and a little dose of "you're a person too" goes a long way. Might sound like I'm blaming others, maybe I am? I've had medical issues for more than half my life, elder millennial here, and have had more than one disappointing Dr. Atleast there's someone there for the annoying/frustrating reason I had to go there in the first place . Ugh, meh, rereading that sounds like a GD homemade lifetime movie that people only notice to judge (understandable) and complain about it. Sorry mom for being "that" person at the moment. It will wear off. If you've gotten this far thank you for reading my TED talk. To quote the late (?) great legend OG Thumper: "if you can't say some-thin nice, don't say nothin at all" *not sure this needs to be said?? It's my first post and I may come off as a bit aggressive? I'm not getting paid or bennies for this review. However CVS, feel free to contact me. I got you boo.

I usually give people in customer service the benefit of the doubt -- this is actually the first…read morenegative review I've ever written -- but this experience was so astonishingly bad it deserves to be documented. The woman working at the pharmacy counter clearly has no grasp of basic courtesy, math, or professionalism. I went to pick up my prescription and was told it was $600. I clarified it was the non-generic version, and she snapped, "I've been doing this all week, it's $600," with the kind of tone that implies both irritation and superiority -- an impressive combination for someone who was clearly wrong. After I asked her to check again, she miraculously returned saying, "Oh, it's $100." Fascinating how prices drop fivefold when someone is forced to actually do their job. When I pointed out that the math made no sense (30 pills for $600 but 11 for $100), she gave me a nonsensical explanation that would embarrass anyone with basic reasoning skills. Then, when I went to pay with my HSA card, she instantly declared it declined -- cutting me off mid-sentence -- and couldn't be bothered to double-check anything. Her rudeness was only surpassed by her incompetence. After I told her her customer service was unacceptable, she actually said, "Maybe you just can't handle me." Ma'am, you dispense medication, not attitude. If you spent half as much energy doing your job as you do being defensive, the experience might have been tolerable. Another employee thankfully stepped in, processed everything correctly, and guess what? The card went through on the first try. Shocking, I know. This woman is a walking example of why some people should not work with the public -- especially in healthcare. I sincerely hope management addresses this, because no customer should have to deal with that level of arrogance and incompetence in a pharmacy.
