    This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Walmart and probably the top 3 worse retail encounters of all time. I had ordered 2 Tires from Walmart.com they sent the wrong size 19.5" truck tires. I started the return and they sent clear instructions and the location to bring. See picture, Harleysville 1st one on the list. I walked in and was questioned by an employee Name "Jeri" She said you can't return those here you have to go to a store thats not a D1. I told her I had instructions to bring to Harleysville. She said she didn't care! Then she made it clear to me that she was not going to argue with me? I said I wasn't arguing I have written instructions and you don't even want to look at it. She only had a verbal. I asked her for a manager and she said she is the manager. She refused to help in anyway shape or form. I told here i want to talk to a manager above her. She, Jeri - pointed to the sign that said Amanda and you can call her and walked off. She must have called the front end manager "Larry" (A very more professional approach to the situation) At least offered to read the my email about returning the tires. He explained in a more professional way that he could not take the tires and would help me put them back in my truck and can take them to Norristown. I explained how heavy these 19.5 RV truck tires weigh and would have to go through the same process again. Neither would call corporate as I had it in writing and did nothing wrong and followed the instructions. I called corporate customer service and spoke to Danilo who I had to give the order number and explain the entire situation. She put me on hold for over 35 minutes. See screenshots. While waiting the "Manager" Jeri was at the customer counter and a customer wanted to return a sealed box of Christmas candy. Jeri told her she can only exchange for the same exact item. Which sounded good until she said "I know it is a DUMB policy." in front of me and other customers. made me question her actually being a manager. I knew Larry was by the way he conducted himself. after 35 minutes standing in Walmart another representative and picked up named Princess. I had to tell the story again. she put on hold after the 5 minute conversation and she seemed concerned. She puts me on hold for another 17 minutes.(See screenshots) gets back on and says I will work on processing your refund. Puts me on hold for another 7 minutes and then it hangs up. Or the call ended. I call back and go through the entire process with a 3rd rep. Now I am at and hour in Walmart missing my daughters birthday dinner. But I asked for a manager this time and asked not to be put on hold. A Manager got on spent another 10 minutes explaining to the 4th person. I took pictures of the tires in front of the store sign (See pictures) and left and Jeri made a snide remark do what you have to do. After an 1 hour and 30 minutes on the phone I got a refund. I made it home in time to have cake and sing her happy birthday. I went through all of this for an unwilling unmotivated unhelpful manager at the Harleysville Walmart. What should have happened or said was Jeri -(Wasn't Said) " I'm sorry sir, we don't accept returns like that here" Eric (Was Said)- But I have instructions that said bring them here. I have it in writing plus they were very heavy and would be difficult for me to lug the around again. Jeri (Wasn't Said) - "let me see the email" "Let me call corporate Customer Service on your behalf to see how I could help you with this" " I wouldn't want you to have to lug those heavy tires to another location" "We have trucks that send returns back maybe we can figure something out for you. Eric (Wasn't Said) " Great, thanks for all of your help, you are too kind!" Instead I spent over 1 hour and 30 minutes and eventually left the tires and got my refund. See pictures. Jeri should be reprimanded or go to remedial customer service training at the bare minimum. And maybe should bad mouth Walmarts return policies in public and in front of customers. She thought it was funny with her smug comment

    As good as a walmart gets, I'm afraid. Although, many of the cashiers were extremely nice, so don't fire what you've got, now, Walmart!

Here's my story: I purchased a nebulizer at $49.99. It did not dispense the medicine properly. I called the number on the instructions and was given some suggestions on how to resolve the problem. The suggestions did not work. I called Rann and a woman told me that 'we have to find out why it doesn't work", among other expressions; giving me the distinct impression that they don't like to accept returns for defective items. However, she told me to bring it in when I had a chance. I did so. When I attempted to return this defective item, I was told that I had to have a receipt. I didn't recall receiving a receipt at time of purchase, but the receipt was on my credit card. They refused to accept a return. I took a picture of the nebulizer plus the clerk when I left the nebulizer at the store. They told me to take it with me. I told them they didn't understand the process for a dispute with my credit card. I told my credit card company as I am telling you, many stores today are refusing refunds on credit card purchases because they know many times the credit card company will refund the card holder but NEVER COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE EGREGIOUS COMPANY.

    I had to go to this CVS, my old one, bc they would not transfer all of my mother's prescriptions to…read moreher new one after we moved.. She is 93, has severe dementia and is wheelchair bound. Leaving her alone is a big concern. I go to this cvs to pick up 2 prescriptions for her. It is 30 minutes away. When I arrive at the drive through they filled 1 prescription correctly and another incorrectly. I was told it would be 20 minutes to fill the right one. I park in the lot, wait 20 minutes and go back only to find they filled that 2nd prescription incorrectly AGAIN. They told me it was going to be another 20 minutes to fill the right prescription. I explained the situation about my mother and told them I had to get back to her right away as she cannot be left alone any longer. Then some nasty pharmacy tech comes out and tells me that it will be another 20 minutes again. I explain again my mother's situation and she could not have cared less. She said I have to wait 20 minutes or not get her needs. I said I would not move my car until I got the prescription, that my mother had to have them today. She threatened to call the police. I told her that I was going to come after her by lodging a complain with CVS headquarters. She shrugged her shoulders and slammed the widow shut. I confess after she slammed the windows I did call her a beyotch. The cops came and even then they would not give me my mother's pills and banned me from the store. She lied to the cops and her boss and said I physically threatened her which I NEVER DID. I don't physically threaten people. When I got home my mother was on the floor, all curled up and crying because she forgot where I was. After I called CVS customer service they got the prescription transferred to the store near our new home..... this is not the first time there was a problem with this cvs. Patronize this store at your own peril. They are unprofessional, nasty, liars and do not deserve to be around decent people. The manager won't even ask for your side of the story. Beware of the tech in navy blue scrubs. She is short and doesn't have an ounce of empathy.
