I ordered flowers for my grandsons funeral - blue and white with some greens. They told me "sure we can do blue iris and white carnations with some greens" we worked out the details ( paid over the phone) and I went to pick it up on the day requested - All white flowers ! I asked where the blue iris were- "we didn't have any" I said "that's not what I was told". she said "we couldn't get them, there's a short supply everywhere" so instead of calling me to ask if there was a different color I would want to substitute they used all white. I was so upset. They did not offer a discount in price or anything. Granted the flowers were very nice but not what I ordered. I will not ever use this company and I will tell people of my experience and not suggest they use them either. read more

I recently had Chantilly do my wedding flowers, and I was disappointed. I always heard great things about them since they do weddings, proms, and hand picked bouquets. I showed the owner exactly what I wanted, and he did the opposite! I was so frustrated. The flowers themselves were beautiful, so 5/5 stars for that. My bridesmaids had these little tiny bouquets, while I had this huge bouquet that took up my whole torso. They are way overpriced, for the amount of flowers they gave in my bridesmaid bouquets, and center pieces. If you do you wedding flowers here, make sure they do mock ups of what they are going to do with your flowers! Lesson learned. read more

I had 900 worth of flowers ordered for my partners funeral. They were supposed to be white and blue. There was zero blue on the spray. There were blue flowers that did not open. I had friends that said, nice all white spray. I used to buy flowers here regularly. Never again. I do NOT recommend. read more

I ordered a dozen roses and two graduation balloons for my daughter's graduation. When I went to pick them up, the roses were of two varieties (not what I ordered) and they were already all fully opened. The balloons were not graduation balloons. At first, they told me that the roses were fine -- but when I persisted, they admitted I was correct and said an order would be delivered to my house the next day. The owner delivered them and, after I asked, said he would give me a discount. He admitted that the first order was mistakenly put in a vase and then the flowers had to be taken out of the vase to organize the bouquet. Well, the roses, which were in individual tubes, are already wilting, even after I cut off the tubes and put them in fresh water. The owner says I am out to get him and purposely killed the flowers. He says I can bring them in for a replacement and he will "school" me on how to take care of them. He was extremely condescending -- but he says that as long as he replaces them, or refunds my money, it's good business -- but I have to bring them to him, which I am not comfortable or feel safe doing given his attitude and accusatory tone. I guess he wants to insult me in person. What kind of parent would do that to their child on such a special day? -- certainly not me. I will be going elsewhere. Lesson learned -- at a very expensive price. I paid $63.00 plus dollars for poor quality roses, two balloons, and insults. read more

Not happy at all with the Valentines Day promo (BOGO on Long Stem Roses). Free dozen roses were picked up on March 13th (day 1 of 3 for pickup or you lose out). Last year I was called out of town for business and the manager at Harleysville told me there was nothing they could do. This year I purchased at their Lansdale location. I go back for the free roses and I specifically asked if there was floral preservative inside the floral sleeve. Barb behind the counter told me yes and that all instructions were inside the sleeve. Take them home and find out no floral preservative in the sleeve. Called the store back and spoke to Barb. She asked me to drive back to the store at 5:40 PM. I said no. Send a new dozen roses out on delivery to my home address. Answer was no. Said that she made a mistake and would bring the floral packet to my home address and make a bad situation good. Its been 48 hours and no one showed up at my home address. Just called the store back. Spoke to a store attendant. Explained the situation. She put me on hold and put "the owner" on the phone. The owner assured me every wrapped dozen roses contains a floral preservative packet, but mine must have been missed. I requested another dozen roses - that was not an option. What the owner offered me was, on the next visit to the store, two packets of floral preservative. That is a great solution - RIGHT ! I told him that I would not come back, and he said that's OK. I guess they are not convinced that there are other florists plus online and FTD floral services competing for their business. I was raised on famed Robertson's Flowers of Chestnut Hill, but they do not themselves deliver to Telford, so I researched and came upon Chantilly Floral. Scared not to talk to a human but wanting to have my order submitted on time for Valentine's Day, I ordered online. Went with the classic red long stem roses in a long box with a red bow. Paid a few dollars extra for guaranteed morning delivery to my special friend's workplace. WOW! Flowers look great - I saw them in pictures and a few days later in person. Best part: she called just after 11 am in tears of joy when they arrived. Loved the box, loved the bow, loved her colleagues oooing and ahhhing at how beautiful they were. And the note was done correctly as well. Don't tell her, but she's getting Chantilly's daisies in a sharp mug in a few months when she leasts expects it. It's very hard to divert from Robertson's after 40 years, but great to know there is another option that provides true first class service. I'll use Chantilly again with complete confidence. read more

Absolutely love this shop for clothing, jewelry and gifts. I have purchased several tops, pieces of Brighton jewelry as well as shoes over the past few years. So convenient since I live in Harleysville. They often have sales on prior season clothing as well as special coupons and sales for their new merchandise. I found my sister a Brighton purse on the 50% off table and she also bought a poncho and earrings, which were on sale. Now she loves Chantilly as much as I do. We are stopping in later today to pick out clothing from the new Spring line and will use our 20% off coupon. The sales staff are so friendly and helpful - what's not to love. read more

I was very disappointed by the customer service of this florist. I had switched to this florist and had used them to send multiple arrangements with no issue, however, on the latest occasion, a bouquet was paid for but not delivered (if it was, the incorrect name was used on the enclosed note). The sales person was rude at first admitting no mistake, but then agreed to resend the bouquet along with an apology bouquet. I was later told they were "rejected" by the same sales person, however my friend told me that they were never offered when a delivery person (who the sales person said was the owner) stopped in at their house and asked if flowers had been delivered (they had received several bouquets of flowers due to a life event). I would not recommend using this florist even with all of the satisfaction I had with previous bouquets. The lack of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing to me, especially as it was such a close friend. Had they not told me they did not receive the flowers I had sent, I never would have known the flowers were not delivered. read more
