Gorgeous clothing boutique - huge variety of unique items
    Sarah T.

I have died and gone to boutique heaven. This area desperately needed a place to buy beautifully unique clothing for special events or everyday pick me ups and Loved Obsessed saved the day!! Second location (first in Quakertown, PA) for owner and fashionista Stacy Dill who is the creative genius and owner behind Love Obsessed. She is beautifully chic and warm and her boutique reflects it. As soon as you walk into Love Obsessed you feel immediately excited from the rush of retail endorphins. Tables full of glittery jewelry, bath bombs, cute signs, keychains, makeup brushes, sunnies and more. Then your eyes move to the racks of gorgeous dresses ( I picked mine out in seconds) tops, rompers, denim, and fun phrase tees. I wanted to buy them all!! There was a tee that said "I run like the winded" basically me in a t-shirt. I'm telling you Yelp community I will be checking in here a lot so you better get in before I buy all the inventory... I can always get a caffeine fix downstairs when I get winded.

event description showing the contest before it was changed

I have held off writing a review for quite some time now; I wanted to fully collect my thoughts and give LO several chances. Having given them countless chances, I am now confident stating that I do not support LO. If I'm being honest, I feel this business is run in a particularly shady manner. Many times contests/giveaways are announced and then suddenly rules are changed and/or the entire contest is changed. For example, when attending the OCNJ opening, we woke up early and made the full drive to OC (almost 2 hours round trip) because it was advertised that those in line when the store opened had a chance to win a $100 gift card. (I will attach a screenshot of the event description) We stood in line for over an hour and the contest was then changed to "you have to post on social media and get the most comments to win". In order to not make our trip a waste, we still participated and posted on social media. Not having heard anything about a winner, we asked and were told that someone else won (no other post had more comments than ours). Why advertise a giveaway and let people travel so early in the morning just to change it?Why advertise a giveaway if you're never going to actually let anyone win? They pride themselves on customer appreciation and supporting others, but in reality they are just selfish. Items at LO are also incredibly overpriced; For example, I attended their black Wednesday sale and fell in love with a sherpa sweatshirt priced at $54. I decided to walk away because the price was a little steep, especially for a sale. The next day, I shopped at American Eagle and bought the same exact sweatshirt, color and everything, for $20. I am all for supporting small businesses, especially businesses owned by women, but I simply cannot support someone who preaches inclusivity and positive energy but pollutes the small business world with selfishness and shadiness. This is not a personal attack; Every LO employee is very nice and personable. I just don't approve of the way they conduct their business. In addition, this is not a complaint simply because I did not win a contest; I would have no problem losing had the contest been fair and a winner actually selected. To further my argument, hate is spewed so frequently in their Facebook group. For instance, a video was posted of a girl with "stolen items" who hadn't actually stolen anything, in fact she supported the business by actually purchasing the items. How would you feel if a business you supported posted your face in a negative manner for thousands of people to see? When it was realized that she actually purchased the items, the video was deleted and no public apology was made. Girls are supposed to support girls, not tear each other down.

I walked in and was greeted by a couple of employees. One lady was familiar to me as I remembered her from a prior visit to store, her name was Laurel. I walked around with my bag in the cuff of my elbow. This one particular employee who did not greet me kept looking at me, as I walked past her she was trying to look in my Jos. A. Banks bag as I walked by, it was freaking obvious. I stopped at a rack and looked at the clothes and guess who was close by. As I went to the counter to pay for the various earrings that I was going to purchase, oh the bill came up to $175.00, the associate was at the counter talking to another customer who was checking out. As I finished my sale, I asked Laurel and the dark haired assoc. who the woman was and she said that her name was "Liz, she's the owner". I told them that I wasn't feeling her and that she was trying to look inside my bag as I walked by. Liz made me feel very uncomfortable today. I guessed she assumed that because I'm a BLACK female that I was going to steal. I left the store and was hurt and angry. I still may call up to the store. Liz made my usually happy experience a stomach turning experience today. This was the first time I saw her as I have not seen her in the store on previous visits. I have been to the Skippack location which is closer to my house in the past with NO issues. This is the first time that I was humiliated at the Horsham store which is close to my job. I love the merchandise at Head Over Heels but it's not worth the humiliation of being followed or looked at suspiciously. Sadly this will probably be my LAST visit at the Horsham location. I may be done completely especially if Liz is the owner of all of these stores. Racism is alive and real.

This location is actually closed. There are 4 other locations. I love this store!!!…read moreYou will find many North American made products and just an amazing selection of unique items.

As the doors open you're hit with a strong leather smell and if you like that, well, you're in for fun. The front of the store has shelf after shelf of boots arranged by size. these are western /cowboy boots and come from plain at around$140 to tooled to painted to freaking ostrich skin at around $450. As i walked around I noted they also sell the polishes and creams needed to maintain boots and keep them clean so they want you to keep these in good trim for the long haul. The clothes they sell also have a strong western them in jeans, shirts and vests and I was hard pressed to find fault as all have a high cotton content and feel nice to the touch, unlike so many similar clothes found in the near-by mall that look nice but have a less pleasant feel. The staff is helpful but not obsequious. So, you don't feel ignored but neither do you feel smothered by them. I was actually looking for something to complain about. mentally I was thinking 5 star? but I can't. They don't have rubber boots! Yes they do. They don't have hiking boots! Yes they do. In the end the store runs to an aggressively western theme but they also have modern work/hiking/rain boots as well as stylish cowboy boots. They do not have European style riding boots, chukka boots or suede desert boots, so Clark's still has a reason to hang around but otherwise if you're looking for good boot etc this is the place to stop off. Heck if they'd had the brown drover's rain coat in my size I'd have to be explaining the purchase to my wife.

Unbelievable selection of western boots and name brand hats…read more Definitely worth a stop in.
