I've shopped here for years...they always have an unique item for sale. The sales ladies are always very friendly.

I absolutely LOVE this store! They always have the most beautiful unique jewelry and boutique items in general. I recently purchased the most amazing Sherpa coats here as well as a pandora bracelet! I've also gotten many evil eye jewelry pieces here over the years. You can tell the owner takes their time picking out what they display in the store. They truly have something for everyone. If you have the chance STOP IN you won't regret it. All the employees are also so sweet and helpful! read more

Great selections at reasonable prices. The sales representatives are friendly & help it not pushy.

Artware is my go to store for jewelry. Becky is truly amazing. She is a talented artist/designer, and is honest with what looks right on me. The employees are always helpful, and the selection is great! read more

Nice selection, reasonable prices, very nice and knowledgeable employees. They don't try to over sell, they don't look down if you're just looking for something basic with sentimental meaning, that's inexpensive. The gift wrapping is very trendy and on the mark. It's a nice experience shopping at Artware. read more

I often stop into Artware to get a visual boost from all the beautiful items they carry. Recently I brought a diamond in to have reset into a necklace. The result is stunning! Rebecca was knowledgeable and creative in crafting a beautiful piece. This will continue to be my go-to place for presents for others... and myself! read more

Oh this place! (Enter double heart eyes emoji here). This place is so great!! So, so great! It's definitely one of those shops I have to warn hubs about prior to entering because I want one of almost everything! Artware is staple in this area. It's THE perfect stop for special a gift for any lady in your life whether it's for Grandma, Mom, sister, a college student, teens, tweens, even toddlers! It's my number one go-to when I need a little something sweet and different for teacher's gifts! There's definitely something here for any age, every style, for any occasion and price point. Prices range from $17 to $1,700 and up so don't shy away if you're on a budget. The friendly staff will help you find something! The hip, stunning owner is a doll too! More well know brands include Pura Vida, Pandora, Brighton and Alex & Ani, to name a few. I personally prefer more of the boho/spiritual jewelry....Buddha bracelets, pendant tassel necklaces and these tiny opal hamsas we give as gifts to my daughters friends for their birthday. I'm talking 5-10 year olds. They also have a section to create your own monogram necklace out of a variety of materials. Love this! Local native Bradly Copper's Mom has even pranced down the red carpet in jewelry from this lovely shop and even mentioned so on the tele! Very cool! Great bags and clutches also! I guarantee you will find that special gift here. Even if that gift is for yourself! You deserve it after all! read more

Artware - Jewelry Near Me - Abington, Pennsylvania

Stopped in for the first time yesterday and what a nice surprise. The associate was very helpful without being overbearing. They have a great variety of items to choose from. I loved the Joy Susan bags and look forward to seeing more spring colors. It's one of those small business shops you just can't help but feel good about supporting read more

I love Artware! My family has been shopping here forever and we love the selection and the customer service. it is the perfect place to buy gifts of all price ranges. My husband and I most recently bought our wedding bands from here. My favorite jewelry store for sure! Keep up the great work Artware! read more

My first time in this place. I needed a battery for my wrist watch, a friend said, this place does it. I had to wait a long time, because it's only one person (I assume the manager) that will replace the battery. She was in the middle of a sale, which was a lot more profitable than a battery replacement. Finally the sale was made, she replaced the battery, phew I can finally walk out of there. I walked out of there in shock, $12.72 for a wrist watch battery. I could have gone next door to TJMAX and get a new watch, for that cost. That was my first and last time there. Never going in Artware again. read more

One of my favorite places to stop in a browse for a while. They have some really different jewelry pieces, lots of silver, precious and semi-precious stones, Brighton products, Pandora and Troll beads, and some beautiful handbags. The folks who work here are pretty knowlegable about their products and provide very efficient service. My only wish for Andy's is that they extend their hours for us working gals who can't get there on a weekday or a Saturday. One of two evenings a week and perhaps Sunday for a few hours would be nice. read more

Very snobby customer service people. I asked the price of a ring and the sales lady stated it was 35 and half off. When I told her I would take it, she stated it was 1,750..not 17.50. She obviously doesn't know the difference. I should have known that the workers there were inadequate when I wasn't even greeted when I walked in. I was only one of two people in the store. Horrible experience. read more

What a great place to find exactly what you need at any price. Sadly, there are so few places left like this; a great small business with caring, helpful staff. I went in looking for a gift for someone special for a big birthday, but not sure WHAT I wanted. Becky helped me, patiently, pick out the perfect gift at a lower price than I expected to pay. Looking forward to getting back there for something for myself! read more

not sure where the above person who gave a bad review was shopping but it was obviously not Andy's. I have been shopping here for many years and this place has the BEST costomer service anywhere. ALL the girls are great and help me find the perfect item for me or for a gift everytime. They make my shopping experience fun! (not to mention their jewelry selection is awesome with great prices to boot!) Even on black friday with a crazy busy store the employees were attentive, helpful and super sweet! Keep up the great work guys! read more

If you love Alex and Ani bracelets, this is the place to go. I've purchased several for myself and friends from this location. The service is good, and they'll even wrap your purchase if you bought as a gift! read more

My favorite jewelry store ever! I have been to many jewelry stores, and none of them have the selection and decent pricing of this store. They have an awesome selection of unique jewelry that no other stores have. read more

I would and have recommended Artware to anyone! My fiance purchased my engagement ring here this month and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Our experience was a bit more unique. At the time my fiance started looking for "the ring" he was diagnosed with cancer and had to stay in the hospital. Becky and the staff were super involved in the process. She sent pictures to my fiance and he was able to pick the perfect ring all from the hospital. They're helpfulness enabled him to propose exactly how he wanted to just days after his hospital stay. I took my ring to be resized and again the staff was super involved, asking how he proposed and how his health was doing. I plan to go back for our wedding bands! read more

First off I am a black man not African American I was in the store looking around and two white people came in now the sales person saw me look me right in my face they ask them can I help I felt some type of way I was in there to purchase something its sad that we as black people are still living in a prejudice word and they can not say that they did not see me because I was standing right to the people right at the Pandora charm bracelets as long as I have breath I Darnell will never ever stop my FOOT IN THAT DOOR I am hard working person just like everyone else I proud to be black I own my skin color :( read more

Simply the best place for gifts; no one is ever disappointed when they open an Artware box. They have jewelry that represents a broad price range and offer popular brands as well as unique pieces. They provide reliable jewelry repair, and the customer service is always entertaining. read more

Don't buy Brighton Jewelry from Artware go to the Brighton Store direct. If there is a problem with the jewelry you have to send it back to Brighton!!!!! read more

Just made a purchase and the staff was awesome! They also have the most beautiful cat in their store and I found that to be a warm touch. I read some reviews about the staff being snobby. That was not my experience at all. The staff was beyond nice and so helpful. They have beautiful jewelry and the prices range from low to high. There is really something for everyone in this store! read more

They have a cat in the store. As someone who is highly allergic to cats I can't even walk in the front door without having an allergy attack. It's a real shame because they have some really great things. read more

This place has great stuff. They carry Pandora and other cool items! The staff is a little snobby.

Received poor customer service and was rudely treated. Won't be returning and would steer people away.

The store is nice and clean, and I liked the selection. However, when I was in the store, another costumer was as well. She was looking at expensive jewelry in the case and was going to buy something expensive. She received a work related phone call and had to leave immediately. As soon as she walked out, the sales associated said to the other, "She was a pain in the ass. She made me show her stuff and then she left without buying. I hope she never comes back." The employees continued to talk about the costumer as I continued shopping! I was so uncomfortable thinking they probably talked about my visit with other people when I left. I just found that remark very rude and it would prevent me from ever going there again. I also had a problem with product, I went in asking for a specific ring from Brighton and asked if there was one in the size I needed and the associate said I don't really know, just dig through the bowl. That was a turn off because your supposed to be helping me with a purchase, not telling me to dig through the box. read more
