I dropped off my watch at the Bridgewater location on 4/2, was told that because of the Good Friday/Easter holiday, the courier would pick it up on 4/6 to deliver it to their Richboro repair center, after which I would receive an estimate. They called on 4/16 with the estimate (lower than I expected) and were told it would take about a month to repair. I approved the repair. I got a call on 4/27 that the repair was complete, and at the cost of the estimate. I picked up the watch on 4/30, very happy with the repair work. I did read all the available reviews about them on Yelp, but the good far outweighed the bad, and based on my experience, I'm happy to add to the great reviews. Thanks Time After Time!

I believe they tell their customers that same song and dance because of their dishonesty. Today Walmart does not have anyone behind their jewelry counter and if they do the employees make themselves unavailable. Walmart replaced batteries in my watches many times and all was good. Their fees are much less than Time After Time for the same work. I will not go back to the Richboro, PA store because of the steps and just their dishonesty they transmit. They used to have a kiosk in the Neshaminy Mall; however, that is no longer the case.

Upon entering, I was greeted by Maddy, who ended up being my personal guide throughout the entire visit. Given that they're an authorized dealer for heavy hitters like Rolex, Tudor, and Omega, it makes total sense they maintain a secure, high-touch environment rather than letting visitors wander freely. Maddy took me up to the second floor where their pre-owned selection is housed. Wow, what a setup! Having around 100 pre-owned watches under glass was a pleasant surprise; most authorized dealers keep only a handful on-site and store the rest off-premises. Maddy was exceptionally patient as we pulled several pieces to try on. When none ended up being quite the right fit, she brought me back to the main showroom to explore new pieces from Tudor and Omega (since Precision isn't a Breitling dealer). The facility itself is gorgeous. The entrance features a double-glass secure vestibule with a buzz-in system. The main showroom is impeccably laid out with distinct brand spaces, and the floor-to-ceiling windows flood the entire space with natural light. Even though it sits right on busy Route 309 in Lower Gwynedd, the acoustics inside make it dead silent--you don't hear a sound from traffic. The only reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 is the complete lack of post-visit follow-up. I left my name, phone number, and email expecting at least a quick note or periodic check-in. Instead, it's been total crickets over the last few weeks. With such a high level of concierge service in the showroom, a brief follow-up text acknowledging the visit or keeping me in mind for future inventory would have made the experience seamless.

I hoped to have the thing engraved to hand over to him the very same day since he was getting married himself the next day and I sorta wanted to see him wear it. Normally it seems it has to be sent to a separate store and sent back over the course of a couple days, but the employee was eager to call the other store up and work out the details of me going to this other store and get it done. Ultimately I got a very nice gift for him with a personal engraving at no additional charge. He wore it at his own wedding and continues to today. I'm glad these guys were able to assist me on such short notice to help create a lasting memento between me and my best friend. I was here again yesterday while having some other watches engraved at the neighboring Things Remembered store, who apparently needed me to have the watch backs taken off before they engraved them. The TAT employee was glad to do so at no additional charge (mind you, for two watches I purchased from some other store). They just seem like store full of good, helpful, friendly employees and I commend them all.

The last time hubby took one watch to Time after Time and not only did he wait for weeks to have it resealed but it cost him $50.00 plus tax!
