Unfortunately the ring had more damage than we thought and the repairs were more than my insurance would allow. I opted to pick up the ring and just send it the insurance company to do the repair. Not only were they so gracious to me, but took all the time to advise me and were so knowledgeable. When I asked them what I owed them for all the time and research they did over a week they said there was no charge. Absolutely no one gives this exceptional customer service.
