Horrible customer service. My prescriptions are hit or miss if they have them in stock. When asked what other pharmacy had medication in stock? I was told to call around and let them know. It is not their job to look at their other Walgreens. I guess she could not locate or see the other stores availability of medication nor attempted to find another option. That is suppose to be the customers job to do. Switched to CVS pharmacy instead. A bigger chain of pharmacies and had no problems doing the leg work and calling Walgreens to transfer everything over. Did not ask me to do it for them. Walgreens officially lost my business. Amanda was working at. Rally House today and was happy to assist me. I was in the dressing room and realized that the jersey I had was too small. I heard Amanda outside of the dressing room and asked if she could look and see if she could find a large larger size. Amanda did and came back quickly. She was super personable and helpful.
