My daughter is getting married so when it came time to look for wedding dresses I was very excited…read moreto accompany her, my 3 other daughters, my granddaughter, my mom and her future mother-in-law to begin finding the perfect gown. As a dad, the excitement to see another daughter find the perfect dress was paramount in our search. The first day of looing took us to two bridal shops. The first, was very nice, with extravagant gowns (and extravagant prices as I am paying for the dress). However, despite the variety of styles, none of the gowns made my daughter, a nurse, feel like the bride she dreamed of being nor the I one I imagined her getting married in. So, while there was one 'maybe' dress we left for our second appointment. As I was leaving the first shop, I was literally cornered by the owner as to why my daughter was not buying the one she "liked". I was a bit taken aback, and answered that it was because she did not "love" it. Feeling kind of annoyed, we headed to Darianna's where we were met with kind hello's and seated in a large room as Wendy began choosing dresses for my daughter to try on. She even let me add my pick to the selection and that made me happy. My daughter then began to try on each dress and on the last one she burst into tears, as did the rest of us, as she said those famous words "this is my dress". It is stunning and. I might add, it was the one I PICKED. So now with the gown, the crystal beaded veil and tiara, I was awestruck at how beautiful my little girl (25 yo) looked and how happy she was. Wendy then provided champagne to celebrate and broke the news of the total price, which was well within my budget. I can not say enough of how kind and patient Wendy and the entire staff were to my family. Wendy took her time and most of all did not try to force me to purchase the gown immediately. Although I placed a deposit, I was never under any pressure to do so. That fact, to me, is important, because I believe that to pressure a bride or her family into a dress she may not want can only add frustration to what is supposed to be one of the happiest days, thus far, of her life. Lastly, I was so impressed with Wendy I called the next day to thank her for such a pleasant experience. I am extremely detailed oriented, as is my daughter, and this Bridal Shop hit the mark on every level of product to service. Thank you to everyone at Darianna's for such a wonderful experience.

However, I cannot even describe how TERRIBLE my experience with Schweon's was. Alan, the owner, has the largest ego I've ever seen in a man, like...ever. "I've been in this business for 43 years, I know what I'm doing." Woah! Congratulations, man! Good for you! But when you belittle me for how I want MY own tuxedo to fit for MY wedding, you clearly shouldn't be in this business. If you don't want to meet the customer where his vision lies and treat me like CRAP, then don't sell to customers! Make suits for yourself! At least that'll save others from dealing with the egotistical, arrogant, and outright RUDE employees that work here. I also don't want to make this a race thing, but let's just say, I haven't seen him (or his other employees) treat his white customers this way. Alan, if you're reading this, no one gives a crap how long you've been doing this. No one. If you treat your customers like how you treated me, you've been an awful businessman for 43 years, or whatever number you were blabbering about. Time to retire and reflect on your ego! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Not sure why they have all these great reviews; it's probably all their family friends and Caucasian customers. They deserve 0 stars for how they treated me.

Most seem annoyed especially if you need alterations or adjustments. The "white" rental shirt was not white and it was wrinkled at pickup. We starched and ironed it ourselves. There is a $20 surcharge if there are any changes like different shoes, even if the item does not have to be FedExed. I wouldn't return here after our experience. Adding: after this review and one hour after putting on the suit, the button popped off!!! The suit also only came with 2 button covers for the shirt. Three buttons were visible when the jacket was buttoned so a third button cover should've been in the package. The covers were not used because it looked unfinished with only 2 covers. These details are something that experienced men's suit retailers and rentals businesses should be looking for.

We stopped in looking for a suit for my stepson, who had secured a promotion at work and wanted to upgrade his wardrobe with new threads. Although the store is fairly large, the actual in store suit selection was meagre. Admittedly, the young man is tall and thin (6'3", 160 lbs.), but to have only two dark colored suits on the rack was disappointing to say the least. In fact, they had nothing in his size. Our salesperson did her best to make something work, by mixing and matching pants and jacket in one size larger to approximate his actual measurements. Ultimately, we were able to determine the right sizes, which then had to be ordered for shipping to our home. Luckily, I know a guy good with needle and thread. The shop seemed to have plenty of dress shirts and ties, as well as a reasonable supply of casual ware. Yet, they were bereft of more formal work clothes for the professionals in the crowd. Don't know if this is a decision by management based on actual marketing data, or just a supply chain issue, but given that this brand used to advertise to the well dressed male, it is hard to comprehend how far from that image Men's Warehouse has fallen. Perhaps, this is more evidence of new pandemic workplace realities, but some people still have to go to work and dress for success. It would appear Men's Warehouse has decided that those people are not enough to carry the business as it once did. It is hard to justify another visit. 2.5 STARS

The ladies are all so welcoming, friendly, educated, professional, and happy to share such an amazing time in your life. I meet with my stylist Jennifer which took my experience to the next level by pulling multiple dresses I had shared with her via my Pinterest inspiration wall. I fell in love with two different dresses but what really helped me make that final decision was the photos and videos that Jennifer took on my phone that make me see what I want to see on my wedding day. Don't pass up the opportunity to come to this amazing dress shop! I would recommend it to anyone!

However, the experience quickly went downhill. After browsing and not finding anything I liked, the salesperson insisted I try on five dresses she selected. None of them suited my style. I mentioned to my friend that I preferred a dress I'd seen at another store, and the salesperson overheard and asked to see a photo of it. After looking at the photo, she told me she could order the same dress for me. Since I was already there, I agreed. She took my measurements, and when I told her the specific color combination I wanted, she dismissed my choice and insisted on a different color, saying she knew what she was doing. I disagreed, but she assured me everything would be fine and the color combination she was ordering was the one I tried on the other s About a month later, while showing pictures to my sister-in-law, I found a photo of the dress tag and zoomed in--turns out, I was right. The color ordered was not what I had requested. I immediately emailed the salesperson, explaining the mistake and asking her to correct it, especially since the dress wouldn't be delivered for several more months. Then COVID hit. By the time the dress arrived and I went in to pick it up, it was still the wrong color. I told the salesperson, and she brought the owner into the dressing room. The owner assured me they would have the lining replaced by their seamstress to match the correct color. A couple of months later, I went back--but the dress was still wrong. I pointed it out again, and this time the store manager got involved. She insisted it was the correct color until I showed her a photo of what I had originally ordered. Only then did she admit it was wrong and promised to send it back to the designer. When I returned again, the dress had still not been corrected. I almost took it home out of sheer exhaustion--but decided to speak up again. The manager said she'd try one last time, but warned me the dress had been discontinued. At that point, I was devastated. I emailed and asked for a refund, as they had clearly failed to deliver what I paid for. Instead of apologizing, I received a rude email stating that I would now be charged $25 per week for storing the dress and should come pick it up. I responded that the dress wasn't being stored--it was still there because they never got it right. She then offered to ship it to me, but given their track record, I didn't trust them. Eventually, she scheduled a pickup, treating it like they were extremely busy--though the store was empty every single time I went in. After nearly three years, Le Bella Donna was unable to provide the dress I ordered in the color I asked for. I'm now stuck with a dress I never wanted. Thankfully, my wedding was postponed due to COVID, so I now have time to find a dress I actually love from a store that values its customers. Don't be fooled by the store's appearance. Once they have your money, customer service is gone. The staff is rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

She assisted me with trying on 4 different dresses and I ended up going with the very first dress I tried on! My mom and I came here looking for a mother of bride dress. We attempted to make an appointment but their recording said you didn't need one. When we arrived it was utter madness. We had no idea a prom trunk show was going on. The smell when we walked in should have been an indication things would be bad. It was like being punched in the face with cockroach spray. People were everywhere wondering around. Racks upon racks of dresses in large plastic bags in every square inch of the store. After a few minutes an employee came over, gave a a rolling rack and told us to help ourselves. We were instructed to start digging through the racks and place whatever we wanted on our personal rack to try on. Things were organized by color but not by nice. It was impossible to find anything or even see what the dresses looked like since they were all in bug bulky bags. It was worse than Marshall's on Black Friday. This was not the type of experience I'd hope to have with my mom for such a special day. We left without trying anything on.
