When I picked it up later that day, I found a noticeable cut in the clear tint on my windshield that wasn't there before. The manager admitted they didn't realize it was tinted until it was too late, but never mentioned any issue when they called earlier. When I asked what they could do to fix it, I was told they are "not responsible" and that it's in state guidelines, but no proof was provided. I was told I'd get a follow-up call, which never happened, and they refused to give contact info for the owner. Very disappointing experience--poor communication and no accountability for damage done while my vehicle was in their care.
