I've been going here for the past two years and this is the only place I'll shop for any sneakers that I need--for myself as well as my kids. I mean new balance 880 guy but it was just introduced to the Brooks ghost. They're so soft in my feet! All the staff practice Covid protocol and are strict about enforcing saftey guidelines. I feel safe when I'm there. The staff is super helpful because not only do they measure your feet every time, they also provide multiple items for you to try and encourage you to walk around or outside for the best feel or fit. It takes a little getting used to, because the average sneaker store doesn't do that, but they are traditional/old-school. I love it! One observation is their prices aren't listed so you got to be careful because it's easy to spend a lot of money quickly. However, i've never returned, second guest, or was unhappy about anything. This is a gold mine in a gym for Delaware sports enthusiasts; particularly runners. I recommend this place if you need a good sneaker for doing anything in!

After I wore them, I realized they really did not fit me properly. I also did not have the box anymore. But I decided to go to the store and ask if there was anything they could do for me. I was very pleasantly surprised that they immediately said they would offer me a credit or an exchange . They didn't ask me any questions. They just said they would take the shoes back. I selected the same shoes and a half size larger and they are working out really well. This is an excellent example of how customer service should work. I will recommend this store and buy my shoes there from now on.

We didn't realize it was an outlet until she found the pair of shoes she saw online for much cheaper price. So she decided to get an additional pair of flats... but she was able to try it on to see which size fitted well. The two ladies there were super nice and helpful. My GF found the pair of shoes she wanted in red and the ladies helped her look for the black version she wanted and different sizes. According to the ladies, they're hand made so the sizes varies slightly and many people struggle with the sizing because they often fit in-between two sizes like my GF. Because its an outlet, it's really by chance if you find the pair of shoes you want, the color and size. But we got really lucky and found what she exactly wanted. She would have bought the wrong size and paid more if she got it online. These shoes are not cheap - most are $70 per pair. But for the comfort, support and hopefully durability, they're worth the investment. It's a really big store, very spacious clean and organized. Though it is big with a huge selection, you are really limited to the shoe stands that are 1-2 sizes within what fits you. They have a lot of selection for women. A small section for men. The return policy is 30 days but the ladies told us that they're flexible as long as the shoes are not worn outside. We're most likely going to be back if she needs/ wants more of their shoes. It's worth the drive.

Their reduced rack (50%) seemed more on the line of where their regular prices should be. The rest of the store is wrapped in plastic which makes dress shopping difficult. The have great dresses although extremely overpriced. On the staff attitude alone, I would not give them any business, even if I fell in love with a dress. They were welcoming, friendly and had a much better selection.
