Half off regular priced shoes! What's not to love? My friend brought me here b/c this is the only Dansko outlet in the entire country. If you go to the mall, Dansko work clogs are around $130/$140, but they are $68-$80 here depending on the style. Now, the only thing to be aware of is that you have to have alot of patience to try on many many many pairs to find the perfect one for your feet as clogs of the same size are NOT the same size. We stopped by here on our way to ny and I'm glad we did. My GF needed comfortable shoes for work with good support and quality. We didn't realize it was an outlet until she found the pair of shoes she saw online for much cheaper price. So she decided to get an additional pair of flats... but she was able to try it on to see which size fitted well. The two ladies there were super nice and helpful. My GF found the pair of shoes she wanted in red and the ladies helped her look for the black version she wanted and different sizes. According to the ladies, they're hand made so the sizes varies slightly and many people struggle with the sizing because they often fit in-between two sizes like my GF. Because its an outlet, it's really by chance if you find the pair of shoes you want, the color and size. But we got really lucky and found what she exactly wanted. She would have bought the wrong size and paid more if she got it online. These shoes are not cheap - most are $70 per pair. But for the comfort, support and hopefully durability, they're worth the investment. It's a really big store, very spacious clean and organized. Though it is big with a huge selection, you are really limited to the shoe stands that are 1-2 sizes within what fits you. They have a lot of selection for women. A small section for men. The return policy is 30 days but the ladies told us that they're flexible as long as the shoes are not worn outside. We're most likely going to be back if she needs/ wants more of their shoes. Majority of clogs 70 dollars, tons of other shoes and boots about 40% off, sometimes more if on clearance. There is even a kids' section with a good variety of styles and sizes, kids shoes about 38 dollars. I wouldn't recommend buying for friends or family without them actually being there to try them on. Sizes vary so widely even within the same size, you MUST try them on! I can't tell you how many times I have traded a left or right shoe from another pair because they felt so different. There is also a men's section which my hubby loves. It's not all just clogs either (I think my husband is allergic to clogs! Hahaha!), they have really nice men's styles that don't have that "look" of a "comfort shoe". Great customer service, too! Overall, we love it here, and try to hit it up everytime we're in PA. Online Ordering: I ordered a pair of shoes, 2 weeks later I still had not received my shipment! I called and found that the order was shipped back because FEDEX SMART POST is not Fed Ex and it doesn't ship to physical addresses. I asked if they could re route my packgage to a different state because I am traveling to another state in 2 days. I was told "NO", I would have to place a new order. I agreed to reorder and wait for a credit later but it would still take 7 days for delivery. I explained my father was in hospice and I had a hurt foot and needed the shoes sooner but no compassion, no help nothing. She didn't even say they could offer expedited shipment if I paid more (which I would have done) "Diane" had a superior and condescending attitude. What a turn off! I will order from Nordstroms or Amazon Prime and pay more so I can get my shipment in 2 days and not have such a hassle with returns and snippy employees. Visited this store over the weekend and I wasn't disappointed. It was worth the drive. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help. The store was nicely laid out, playing fun music and had a great selection. Prices on shoes were a little high but MUCH cheaper than you would pay if you bought danskos at retail price. I bought two pairs of shoes and so far, I'm loving them. They are supportive and comfortable. I'm on my feet all day long, and these shoes make it much more comfortable. I thought the idea of purchasing factory seconds for dansko clogs would be a great way to save money on work shoes, and worth paying for shipping. The shoes looked fine, but didn't fit. The return process on the website was a bit cumbersome, but no big deal. Their website says I should have my refund within 5-7 business days of shipping. I shipped the shoes back and they were received on September 26th. It is now October 13th and my return still is not processed. I've contacted customer service 4 times, twice I've been told they will look into the issue and get back to me. No one has ever gotten back to me. I understand staffing issues, and that sometimes things take longer than anticipated, but it's been 3 times longer than I was told the return process should take. No one at the Dansko Outlet can help me or tell me when I can anticipate getting my money back. I like the product and am sure the people working there are doing their best, but the entire premise of online shopping is efficiency and fast returns if the product doesn't meet your needs. I visited the Dansko Outlet because I am going to ultrasound school this fall, and needed comfortable shoes while working in a hospital. I had no idea how to fit the shoes correctly, and all of the employees were so helpful! Sarah, in particular, was the kindest woman ever and had me try on over 10 pairs just to get the right fit. Never pay full price for Dansko shoes. Come here and pay $50-65. IMHO Dansko clogs are the best quality shoes around. I've had a pair for 2 years that I wear almost every day and they still look like new. They've never gotten a bad stink, either. And I wear them barefoot sometimes. There is a large stock of shoes here. About 100 pairs per size. They even have obscure shoes like snakeskin clogs. Call ahead to find out when they get their deliveries. My daughter ordered a pair as a surprise - they offered free shipping. It took nearly a month for the shoes to arrive. They didn't fit well, we need a smaller size. Dansko ooffers a 60 day money back guarantee. Nice. Trouble is, we would like to compare a size 6 to size 7. We have tried to contact Dansko by phone, through chat, through the web contact form, but there is no response. They are using Covid as an excuse for failing to provide customer service. Dansko shoes are outrageously comfortable. They're expensive too -- but not here! The only downside is the selection for men isn't very big. My wife and I have big feet too and the selection isn't that great, but we both found a pair to buy. As a bonus there's free popcorn and an area for kids to play. I have been going here about 8 years, each time l never leave emptied handed, usually at least three pairs. They say it factory seconds but in eight years l have only found two that would qualify one was a double staple and the other was a uneven leather trim. The ladies here are great, they know their products and wear them as well. The clogs range 75 to 90 dollars, retail like Nordstrom try 135 to 165 so its a good saving. The shoes last given 16 hours a day and concrete floors, that my profession requires. I only wear the clogs but they have dress shoes, flats, sandals, men and children shoes there. Remember that Pa doesn't have sales tax. The only gripe is with all the buildings they own why can't the shoes be made in the USA. read more

Not only is it beautiful from the outside with the little pond and gorgeous wildflowers, I walked away super satisfied that I got an awesome, cute pair of work shoes at a great price. Mind you, still expensive, but close to half the price as compared to any other retail store. Instead of costing $110-140, clogs cost around $65-85 here. Customer service was also phenomenal. The woman working there spent a lot of time explaining how they should fit on my feet and recommended one should always purchase one size up from their normal shoe - this was a great piece of advice! I've been a fan of my dansko clogs for the three years I've been wearing them for work. I've constantly heard about this legendary outlet by tons of my patients and have been Dieing to get out here and buy a fresh new pair. I heard they had a decent male section which I was excited to see and choose from. In all honesty, the men's section was extremely limited. Located in the back corner of the store you find a mere two sets of male shoes which was a bit displeasing. I assumed they had more of a variety in the back being an outlet, or at least that's what I assumed. After a good 5 minutes of searching for the right size and style in the limited supply, I had asked for an alternative color from "the back" and was given the unfortunate response of "we only have what's on the shelves." Now don't get me wrong, I'm still a huge fan of dansko footwear and will continue to spread the word, however I was disappointed to travel so far to leave empty handed. I will say the pricing is fantastic, I just hope they increase their male selection in the future. read more

The last time my husband and I visited, there were 2-3 racks of men's shoes; today, there was 1/2 rack. Would have made a sale to my husband, too, if there had been more of a selection.
