When I approached staff members at the desk to ask a question I was rudely ignored, I just wanted to ask about where I might find the gloves. The girls behind the counter never made eye contact, and as I walked away, one of them started clapping slowly and laughing . this is very unprofessional and I will not be shopping there again. I ordered online a coat and I thought a white turtleneck sweater on October 11, 2024. By November 1st, my order still had not arrived. I emailed customer service asking what the delay in shipment was and the answer was it should be coming soon. It took over 1 month for the delivery to arrive. By mistake, I ordered 2 coats. I sent an email to Marina, letting her know of my mistake, and asked if I could send the coat back and get the sweater in exchange. She said she would look into the matter and email me back. I have sent 2 emails addressed to Marina but I have never received an answer. I have dealt with other online stores, and never had this type of problem. They always told me to send it back and they made the correction. Now I am stuck with 2 of the same kind of coats. I will never order from this store again. Poor service and no communication. read more

I bought a green Michael Kors Voyager handbag in summer of 2022 at Nordstrom Rack Honululu (HI). To my surprise and shock the handbag's green color washed off on my white Marc Aurel Coat (price: 259,95€). There was no product information in the handbag that contained a warning that it must not be used when wearing light colored clothes. Therefor I reached out to the store and asked for Nordstrom Rack to cover the costs for a professional cleaning of my coat or if the color does not come off, to cover the costs of my coat since the responsibility for the damage lies with the vendor, who has to give a guarantee on the product and who has to provide product information (such as warnings when color is not stable). I have reported the damage to the store manager the next day after it occurred. I have provided all necessary evidence (photographs) and receipts. However he ignores my emails and when I call him at the store he always asks me to send the same information via email again. I have done this so many times now (over the time of several months), that to me it seems like he is just unwilling to help. Even the regional manager of Nordstrom Rack did not get back to me after I contacted her via email and telephone. I can only warn everyone not to buy anything from Nordstrom Rack, because apparently they sell inferior goods that may cause damage, do not provide necessary warnings for their products and will ignore all your requests. Costumer care is non-existent! read more

Now that we have high end retailers with their own discount stores it's really a good bargain hunting ground for designer merchandise. That and the fact that the Rack organizes its stuff in a neat and orderly fashion around clean, easy to navigate aisles is what elevates it from a Ross or TJ Max. I have also shopped the Saks Off Fifth ( located right next door ) and still prefer the Rack to Saks. Saks has a tendency to pack clothes so tight you can barely get through them to find sizes. It's more akin to an upscale Burlington Coat Factory. Sizing is clear and clothes are easy to push through here. The discounts are generous, trust me on this, and they get even deeper during clear the Rack events. They also carry the prestige makeup brand Urban Decay as well as the already budget friendly NYX! read more

How this place has 4 stars is beyond me. You walk in thinking you'll get a deal, only to walk out knowing that you either wasted your money because there aren't any truly amazing deals here (but you bought stuff anyway), or you wasted your time going to a store with rip off prices (assuming you can find a price tag on the item) and a mediocre selection. Save your time and go to marshall's or tj maxx if you want a good deal on clothing or home items. Definitely don't bother going out of your way to come here. read more

Dear Owner. I didn't see how to reply to your response owner. I really do hope this is seriously reviewed. This was by far my worse shopping experience ever! I understand alliance between employees but I truly feel I was unfairly treated. This response is In hopes that this treatment is seriously reviewed and that no one has to experience what I experienced. I still have the item and if nothing else I feel I should be able to return them and fairly be refunded my money for something that I purchased under false pretenses that I had nothing to do with. I would not go this far if I didn't feel so strongly about the wrongdoing! Thank you. Just so it's clear I contacted store management, two district managers and even Mr Nordstrom! This is the "alliance" I speak of. Each higher up only stated that they would not override the store managers decision not to accept the return. Even though it was researched and found that the jeans I purchased were previously returned. Good store! A lot of options in every departments. The racks are always full so it gets overwhelming. There's a great variety of items.

The bestttttt store for ALL WOMAN. I'm not skinny & I always have a tough time finding good quality clothes that aren't super expensive and fit my body type. I'm not huge into crop tops.. and it feels like lately that's all that stores sell. Not only can I get well priced clothes but also shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, etc!!! This has to be the smallest Nordstrom Rack on the plant, HOWEVER, the have the ABSOLUTE best staff! They staff is what brings me back time and time again. They are helpful, warm. smiling and PATIENT! They will assist you with finding an item, a sale, and offer anything else that they think you'll need. They don't POUNCE on you with sales tactic pressures; they let you be you. Merchandise is stocked and GOES QUICKLY! If you see it, BUY IT! They offer women's shoes up to a size 13w, and men's shoes up to a size 16/17; IN THE STORE! read more

Organized, clean, and well kept! Not the biggest Rack I've visited, but I loved that I could find everything easily. The staff was very friendly and on the ball, and they clearly take the time to put things where they belonged. The fitting rooms were a bit small but they were well lit and very clean. I overheard a sales associate giving a customer options for having pants tailored, and it sounded like they could do in-store alterations. Lots of shopping and places to eat in the immediate area and ample parking. Great experience today, and I found awesome deals! read more

This place always has really great deals. they hold all jewelry brands, including Alex and ani. I usually come here for interview outfits, or when the seasons change and need some cheap new fall clothes. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because the store is always a little messy. The unorganization is a bit overwhelming and you have to loom hard to find the great deals. But, each trip I always leave with something and I leave feeling satisfied. read more

I love the store, its layout is nice, easy to see what things are where. Very fashionable selections. Most things are 75% off their regular retail but not much I could purchase. I am retired so even 75% off some of the prices are a little high for me. I did buy a $5 pair of sox, they were fashionable. Just ask if you see me and I will show you my fashionable sox and be thankful the underwear were more than $5. read more

Has terrible customer policy and the manager, Theresa (did NOT provide her last name), has zero care of customers. She was horrible and had an attitude of "what are you going to do about it."
