Most are on the more expensive side, but I was able to find a pretty bracelet to gift that was only about $30. They wrapped it up nicely as well. One thing that was slightly bothersome was that I couldn't browse in peace for even a second. The friendly ladies working talked nonstop and followed me around as I browsed. I prefer to look at my own pace, personally, and even said I needed to think about what I wanted to select but they didn't really back off. So keep in mind it's that type of store. So many cute pieces of womens clothing and accessories. The boot selection is amazing too. There is also a sale section so be sure to check that out. I snagged a full cowhide jacket for under $200 on clearance and got 50% off a pair of clearance jeans!! The fitting rooms are clean and spacious and have large mirrors. Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more I am honestly extremely frustrated with my experience at Windsor. The store was not busy, yet I was told to stand behind a wooden divider and waited 15 minutes just to use a fitting room. When I saw an open fitting room, another employee told me to go back and wait in the same spot, even though no one else was using them. After waiting, I tried to see how the skirt would look on me while still fully dressed and without exposing myself or doing anything inappropriate. Only then did the employee tell me that she could open a fitting room for me since I had already decided which one I wanted. Then at checkout, the skirt rang up $7 more than the price displayed on the tag. I pointed this out, and instead of simply honoring the advertised price, I was told there was nothing they could do. A price adjustment would have been extremely simple, especially since the price was clearly marked on the item. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience, and the customer service was extremely disappointing.
