I suspected that a running store like Philadelphia Runner would sell quality items, and I was pleased to find that I was right. Plus, the price was reasonable. I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase, and the staff is outstanding. They never made me feel out of place in their store despite my not being a runner.

I planned to do some internet research and buy a pair, but was persuaded to check out Philadelphia Runner. I was not disappointed. First of all, they actually had sneakers in my size! (I have tiny feet.) Secondly, they were so knowledgeable and professional - they recorded my gait while I ran on a treadmill, pointed out how my feet rolled in on impact, and recommended a pair of sneakers that would help stabilize my gait. We had snuck in right before their closing on Black Friday, but they never made us feel rushed. I've now run about 10 miles in my new sneakers, and I am so glad I listened and bought my sneakers from a brick-and-mortar store. They are eons better than my old sneakers! I already feel a huge difference in comfort while running and have been able to run farther than before. Will definitely be going back when I need a new pair.

They didn't have the color I was looking for so he asked me to try on a color they did have for size while he looked up more color options online for me. I have tried New Balance sneakers in the past at the King of Prussia Court location but they were not as comfortable as my Adidas or Nike sneakers. The moment I put the 327 on my feet they were surprisingly comfortable and light. We went through the color selection online but I didn't see what I wanted. This new series has definitely changed my mind on New Balance sneakers and although I didn't purchase anything, this gentleman made my experience at this location a great one.
