I paid $4,000 down on an $8,000 coat - no small amount of money - and when I went to my fitting, not only had they sold the original coat I fell in love with, but they remade a coat that was a completely different style and way way too big. They said they would fix the coat and were apologetic, and I gave them three more fittings to try and get the coat right. I just had my final fitting 6 months after the initial interaction and the coat was still too big, the hem was not even, one sleeve was longer than another, the lining hung out from the bottom, and the fur looked like it had been messed with too much to the point it was no longer beautiful. I'm very disappointed that they sold the coat that I had actually put $4,000 down on and tried to pass off a completely wrong coat to me. Be very careful of their negligent and deceptive practices.

The first dress I tried on was a pink and blue dress (the one I really wanted) and it was very flattering. I tried on a second cute, multiple colored dress that my boyfriend picked out and I wasn't crazy about the way it looked on me. The lady who worked there didn't try to talk me into buying it and gave my her honest opinion which I thought was great! I ended up getting the gorgeous pink and blue dress and a cute watermelon colored cover up for the beach season. There were no reviews, so I'm leaving this one since a) I walked out with a new and cute outfit plus three incredibly low-prices layering shirts all for just $110, b) it was open on a Sunday afternoon, c) I received good customer service, and d) there were clothes in my size, and e) it is the most sophisticated shop I've seen in this part of Wilmington.
