Being in Lancaster County, Pa.,…read morethere are many others stores, just hard to find(On the back roads, in the tiny towns and at the farms.). However, for shoes for everyone and lots of other family stuff, there is one other, for sure: Weaver's Store, in Fivepointville, 1011 Dry Tavern Rd., Denver, Pa.(Several miles South of Rt. 272, on Rt. 897). Pricey to reasonable(Ha), makes for a nice ride through the Dutch Country, too. They've got Dutchy and "English" food, makes for a fun, kid-friendly lunch! RB Shap is a fine store - they are local which makes it better, yet. wife often buys shoes there as she is all day on concrete floors in a large garden center, and she appreciates the quality, with price not an issue compared to comfy, healthy feet. We stopped by here on our way to ny and I'm glad we did. My GF needed comfortable shoes for work…read morewith good support and quality. We didn't realize it was an outlet until she found the pair of shoes she saw online for much cheaper price. So she decided to get an additional pair of flats... but she was able to try it on to see which size fitted well. The two ladies there were super nice and helpful. My GF found the pair of shoes she wanted in red and the ladies helped her look for the black version she wanted and different sizes. According to the ladies, they're hand made so the sizes varies slightly and many people struggle with the sizing because they often fit in-between two sizes like my GF. Because its an outlet, it's really by chance if you find the pair of shoes you want, the color and size. But we got really lucky and found what she exactly wanted. She would have bought the wrong size and paid more if she got it online. These shoes are not cheap - most are $70 per pair. But for the comfort, support and hopefully durability, they're worth the investment. It's a really big store, very spacious clean and organized. Though it is big with a huge selection, you are really limited to the shoe stands that are 1-2 sizes within what fits you. They have a lot of selection for women. A small section for men. The return policy is 30 days but the ladies told us that they're flexible as long as the shoes are not worn outside. We're most likely going to be back if she needs/ wants more of their shoes. It's worth the drive.
