Well, this is not a review of the Target but of a snack I found in the Target while searching for a munchies killer.. To clear the air, a munchies killer is the search for snacks in the wee hours of the night to kill those hunger pangs. This brings us to a snack I've found at Targets across multiple states. It's is a container of four vanilla topped cupcakes. I never gave Target's baked goods section a serious thought, but I have consistently noticed the little cup cakes but never picked them up until today. This is a quick snack. The cup cakes are topped with a vanilla swirl. The texture was not dry. It was surprisingly moist for a mass-produced snack. If you are looking for something to quickly cure your sweet tooth, these vanilla cup cakes are a possible option. There are four per package. read more

This is by far the cleanest and most well stocked target I have been to. The staff here or what you would expect from a target store; They are very nice and willing to help you find something. The selection at this location is above what I have seen at other nearby target stores. The value your money is also decent as he would expect from target you pay a little more than Walmart, but I believe you much more out of your experience. The staff at the Starbucks located inside of the target location are exceptionally kind I have had wonderful conversation with them throughout my time frequenting this location. The manager we spoke to today was polite and friendly. She politely told us why we could not exchange our damaged lamp for a new one. We purchased a brass standing lamp, curved with a cream-colored lamp shade. This was over a year ago. Over time our lamp has developed (what looks like) a water damage line that snakes all the way around the lampshade and has discolored the top half of the shade. The manager told us she couldn't do anything because it had been over a year and she could no longer go back in the system to look at transactions and refund the money. Nor could she exchange it for a new one (which is what we wanted). She stated that since it was over $100 she could not give us any credit at all. We have tried to replace the shade several times. It is not sold separately by Target and the 2 other shades we purchased from different stores would not fit. We are frustrated with the lack of avenues by Target to help us with the problem and their inability to stand by their product. read more

I bought some nice new EcoTool eyeshadow brushes. The lady that was helping me with my free gift card was kind and had pretty sunset makeup eyes. While in town I stopped by this location multiple times for groceries. It's a larger store and super clean/organized. The lighting in the store is fantastic and the presentation of items is spot on. It had tons of fresh fruit and veggie options as well as shelves all stocked up. The few employees I interacted with were very nice and helpful. Ah, Target. Where I go to get toilet paper, but end up spending $150 on a bunch of random stuff I really didn't need. This store is huge, and it can be a little overwhelming at first. I like how they're changed things up a bit, putting home goods toward the front of the store instead of clothing. Food is still all the way at the back end, though, so if you're coming for creamer, better put your blinders on and make a bee-line. The pharmacy is LARGE, and I've found the staff there to be very helpful and friendly. There are tons of beauty and hygiene products -- your standard brands and more progressive brands, if you're looking for dye-free, non-animal tested, and/or environmentally friendly lines. You'll find all the staples you expect and more - much more. There seem to be more options here than at the Target on Lincoln Highway, and everything is brighter, newer, obviously. So order a grande whatever-you-like at the Starbucks near the entrance, grab a cart, and prepare to make your credit card cry. read more

Dec. 20th, 2022, Tuesday I attempted to make a purchase but the check out line was long. So I went to the returns to make a purchase being that there was one person being waited on. As the store associate called me up, she gave me an attitude for making a single purchase stating she can get in trouble for ringing me up. That's her attitude for being lazy. Lucky for her I was in a humble mood. I would've schooled her 101 on customer service. For one, corporate would've written her up and counsel her on customer service. I've always preferred Target over Kmart and Walmart and this new location is no exception. However this location goes above and beyond the two other local stores. It has more variety, better displays, is clean and brand new. At the time of my visit two days after opening every cashier was open. I hope that becomes the norm. Did I mention the bargain bins at the entrance? Worth checking out for filling Easter baskets and beyond. For a customer like myself who loves decor and changing things up on the regular this place is downright dangerous. For that reason leave hubby at home. I typically don't complain much or have ever had a problem with this store. I've been here several times during midst of the pandemic and never had a problem. Well, this all changed today. After experiencing Home Depot's, and wegmans strongly enforced procedures and protocols, Targets lack of cdc guideline enforcement took us by surprise. The visit had us constantly avoiding careless, and ignorant folks, very stressed, and frustrated. We bumped into quite a few mask-less pea brain teens who defensively mouthed us off and/or proceeded to step into our personal space. When speaking to the manager today, who was awfully kind.. she apologized yet defended it and said it can't be enforced, and offered for us to possibly get curb side in future. This seems a bit counter intuitive cause other countries who were harder on the guidelines actually are seeing lower cases than the states (shocker). Let's step it up! Hypothetically speaking, what would you say if we all just came in and stated, I have a breathing problem?! Believe me, there's probably folks who have more of a breathing issue than that smart mouthed teen and still wear it. They wear it cause they HAVE A BREATHING condition.. and they are possibly more at risk. 80 some year olds wear it, kids wear it, chronic asthmatic brothers and sisters wear it! So .. a smart mouth teen can't? I honestly think target could perhaps do a better job, and perhaps pull those out of store to have curbside pick up or another option, assign the duty of having a target "security man", install more cameras, etc.. Perhaps, even require said people who have a breathing condition to wear a medically approved badge from doctors. Cause in this day in age, anyone can say anything. read more

This is the nicest Target I've ever been to! It's brand new, opened about a year ago. They have it organized like a department store. The lighting is awesome and they have more beautiful Target products to look at. I especially loved their natural beauty care section. Burt's Bees heaven, plus lots of other independent brands I want to try! They had a zero waste deodorant in a cardboard container from a company called Meow Meow. This store has some of the most inconsiderate and incompetent staff I've ever encountered. My 2 year old son got his finger trapped in the belt of the checkout line and no one did a thing about it. The only person to even try and assist after I got my sons thumb unstick was another father in a different line. The cashier, Jade, was all about business so she hurried us through the rest of our transaction and moved on to the next customer. I saw 5-6 staff members watch this happen and all just stop and stare but do NOTHING! I would highly recommend getting your staff trained for these situations, and doing so quickly. This is unacceptable. I'm more than willing to state that I could've helped prevent this but the fact that no one offered assistance is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! read more

I was given the wrong item in my curb side pick up order and due to COVID-19 they are not currently accepting returns or exchanges in the store. I'm also pregnant and having a C-section in three days so I have been trying to not go to any stores so I was pretty upset to have to leave the house again. I spoke with the manager Kris and he went above and beyond to correct the problem for me and then yet again went even a step further to help me with a different order as well. I appreciated his efforts so much and it was such a high level of customer service that you rarely get to see any more. He made my day during such stressful and uncertain times. Okay, this Target is no different from any other department store - to me, it's akin to a Kmart. The clothes are cheaply made with a over extended price tag. Anyway, to get to the point. I was out at the Belmont Shoppes Target on a Thursday, just strolling around. I went down one of the women's clothing aisle and was truly startled at the condition of that section and the mess that I saw - please refer to pictures. Clothes and hangers scattered all over the place. Looked like a tornado went through there. Apparently someone went down that aisle and just knocked stuff off the racks and didn't bother to pick it up. It was ridiculous because there were a bunch of young employees standing around chatting and having fun, instead of tending to the stores appearance. It definitely brings down the moral of a shopper to see sloppy store etiquette. read more

First thing that makes this one of my favorite targets to go to is in the back towards the restrooms they have a breast feeding room along with a special room to change your baby and it is just set up so nice both the changing room and the breast feeding room. I've never been to a store that offered this so it was super nice when I needed to feed my baby to have some where to go and not have to try and figure it out in the bathroom. This target is also very clean and organized which makes for an easy shopping trip! The employees are all very nice and I haven't met an employee yet that wasn't kind or willing to help. The Starbucks in this target is also very nice and offers a few tables to sit at and relax. I live about 30 minutes away from this target and there is another target closer to me but I'll drive the extra miles to go to this one because it is so nice. The only negative thing I have to say about this target is that compared to my normal target I go to they seem to be out of stock or don't carry a lot of the normal items I look for especially when it comes to specific baby items. With that said that is such a minor thing that I don't mind it and still enjoy shopping here. read more

The Target store on Fruitville pike in Lancaster PA is a great store in every way. The selections of products, the friendliness and helpfulness of employees, and the cleanness of the store are excellent. The cashiers always smile and say hi as do most of the employees. I wish I knew their names but the ones that I deal with most often do a fantastic job. The front end manager who is tall, well built{ I couldn't think of a better way of saying it}, with red hair works extremely hard, she has impeccable appearance, and has great people skills is a big asset. She has a high school diploma while I have an MBA with honors but she is a vastly better manager then I could ever hope to be. She is extremely intelligent. A male manager and other managers who know me because of my walks and my penchant for buying toy cars are great too. All the employees deserve a raise and recognition for their great job performance. read more

Not only is this a very nice target, as a new mom it's a great store. I had a very fussy baby one day while shopping and an associate let me know that they had a nice quiet nursing room.
