As a consignor: The young lady running the shop was pleasant and very professional when I scheduled and arrived at my consignment appointment. She was helpful and courteous, and I'm happy with the prices she put on my items. As a shopper: They have a great selection and range of all sorts of stuff at really fair prices. I found some really great values! They happened to have a pair of shoes that I've been wanting for awhile. They are brand new for such a good deal! I'm so so happy! This Tanger is located Route 30 (East or West) on Lincoln Highway. This Tanger Outlets in Lancaster, PA is not a huge outlet mall, as noted accurately by fellow Yelper Dave L. There are high-end stores as Brooks Brothers, Movado, Kate Spade, Ann Taylor. Tanger is equipped with parking, and restroom facilities. Facilities are relatively clean. The store directory is obscured but my party walked to circle the grounds. There is also a printed store directory for grabs. Again, upon exiting the car the air had a high functioning stench of horse manure to heaven! The noisome odor emanating from the nearby unseen horse stables made it difficult for my party to enjoy the shopping experience, amid the dangerous excessive heat wave of Independence Day 2026 holiday weekend. We were among the Amish in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Selection of items seems expansive and a healthy variety of items/ products. Sales on some items while others were of course at full price yet both seemed reasonable. Just needed to run in and find a backpack but ended up with a few more items. They have so much to choose from, from brands like ed hardy, von Dutch and baby bliss. Finding a babyliss shaver that's originally $150 marked down to $49 was a major find. Overall, the store is very clean, organized and the customer service is great. The line was typical for that of TJ MAXX but it flowed well. Great pit stop, I may have to stop by again before the day is over!

I also am not a fan of their checkout process. Pros: Their housewares section is small but comparable to Home Goods in style and quality - in fact I think Home Goods is their sister store. I fell in love with Kathy Van Zeeland products after discovering a purse here years ago...if you have a name brand purse fetish do shop here. As of lately they have been getting some furniture pieces on the regular, including larger pieces like this tufted chesterfield couch I am in love with (see picture). Cons: Aside from the register I think the store needs to be kept up with better. Often you will find things out of place or on the floor. It's not that large or cheap of a store that they should have this problem on the regular. Prices are rather higher for some departments and not really a bargin. Clothes need better organization and that department overall is small. On the plus side - if you find something damaged, even if already marked down bring it to the manager's attention - they will give you 10% off but usually the register calculates 20% instead - score! To sum it up shop the highlights: furniture, housewares, fancier food products, clearance, purses Skip: clothes (all), beauty, toys, shoes (pri$ey!) DO walk back to the back and check every nook - this is where they hide the bargains.
