When you first walk in the store it's hard to get through the door because of the racks blocking your walk way. Then don't expect the woman behind the register to get off her phone to help you and when your checking out make sure they don't scan your items twice, the sales woman (georgene) wouldn't help anyone get down scrubs that you need the reacher for, and when asked what size an 8 would be in European sizes her response while staring at her phone was look on the size of the box. BEWARE! This chain of stores do not allow you to make returns!!! If you buy something, you can exchange within 30 days if the tags are still on and you have a receipt. This policy is not customer friendly at all. There are other scrub shops that have nice clothing that you can make returns at, such as: Life Uniform, MP Nursing, and Walmart. It's been a few years since I had to buy uniforms, so I was not looking forward to it. But the Uniform Outlet totally changed my mind. So many brands to choose from and at SUCH good prices. The manager was super helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted at the perfect price. Not to mention that she was very nice while doing it. I understand that there are no returns, exchanges only, but this policy is clearly explained when you purchase your uniforms. So just try them on first! I cannot say enough good things. I love this store they have an awesome selection and let you try on as many as you want without pressuring you to hurry up and buy something. It's a little expensive, generally your looking at $20-25 per piece, but scrubs are expensive wherever you go anyway, and they have really stylish ones with nice materials to choose from. read more
