I went to return it and was given store credit cause I couldn't find anything in a women's 1x. I was told I had to look online. I go online and find a few items got ready to pay and put the gift card numbers in and the PIN number came off with the sticker. I ended up loosing that order and had to go back into the store, found a pair of leggings and shirt active wear to work out in. They have very good store sales also. Glad I was able to finally use my credit after a whole year !

I first stopped in this Columbia Store back in May 2016 and I have been coming back every time whenever I am at the Limerick Outlets which is really only a few times a year. It is perhaps my favorite outlet at the Limerick outlets! They have great clothing, great prices, the employees are friendly. Overall an enjoyable experience every time and I cant wait until my next visit!

He asked if I was shopping for myself or for someone else. (For me, & to check out what they carry). They didn't have the particular Beatles t-shirt in stock I was interested in as it was an online item only. No worries. I passed on the faery shirts as well. The designs were cute, but definitely not Amy Brown or Brian Froud. Outside of the initial interaction, no other associates enquired if I needed any help. That was fine with me. I'd say if you need the latest pop culture inspired accessory or clothing for a teen & tween, or a rock t-shirt for a not too picky fan, Hot Topic is a place to stop in.

Plus they have a clearance section that pretty much engulfs the entire back 3rd of the store. And they almost always have some sort of promotion involving clearance, music/band tees, and/or jeans. The employees, while quirky, are usually pretty nice although sometimes invisible(They like to jump on you the second you enter, and then disappear). But I can usually find what I'm looking for (plus sized tees for my sister) or what I never knew I needed (pin-up zombie corset for 75% off!). It may be worth a look for the mustache glasses they carry or the alternative band cd you forgot you liked!

Only problem is the clothes are fit for 30 years old and older... How a size 4 person of my age could look fat is beyond me... I think their stuff is a little boxy. Upon entering the store I was almost overtaken by a salesperson (Andrea) who offered her help. She proceeded to follow me around the store while I considered some items and offered to start a fitting room for me. While none of her actions were unusual for Talbots, her over aggressiveness and unrelenting attachment to me was unique. Okay, I thought once I got to the fitting room I'd free myself of her a bit. Wrong! She approached my door every 2 minutes to see if I needed anything else and to inquire about items which she recommended for me. I really just wanted to look at my own pace, and I kept expressing my concern about the fit of a top she insisted that she loved and looked great on me. Okay, I was a little tired, and just wanted to enjoy my day off and really didn't have the energy to evade her as I should have. Needless to say, I bought more than I wanted or actually loved, not to mention that I really didn't get to just relax and browse. The whole experience was like a whirlwind of mania. Unfortunately there's not a closer Talbots to me...I'd go there to return several items just to avoid Andrea. I will be returning some items, especially the top which looks horrible on me. Uncharacteristically for me I'll have to put on my "serious face", go into the store and make my returns and get the heck out of there. I will not be returning to the KOP store if this employee is still working there. P.S. I've shopped at this location for years and never felt this frustration before.
