For a touch under $100, we got five quality tank tops, jeans, jean shorts, an exercise outfit, a dress and some accessories! The manager, David, was extremely nice and helped me open my card on a handheld "thingy" he brought over to me. He shared that he'd been working at Old Navy for almost 20 years - impressive! The zipper gave out. I was frustrated, but I'm a regular at Old Navy and I believe in their consistent good customer service. I took the bag back this past weekend to explain my dilemma to management. I did not want my money back, because I really love the bag. This bag easily accommodates at least two outfits, a laptop, make up bag, a pair of shoes, and chargers. I love it! I wanted to exchange the bag. They were more than happy to make an even exchange, however they did not have the black colored bag at the Gloucester location. They were MORE than willing to call nearby stores and locate my bag. When I arrived at the Cherry Hill Mall location and explained how I was referred there, they knew exactly who I was....and why I was there....absolutely outstanding customer service. The line moved quickly, I was "in" and "out." Smiles all around! I love Old Navy.

I came in today (Tuesday) to bring back the sneakers because they did not fit my Childs foot. I was told the sneakers were dirty and he would not refund me or store credit me my money. I explained to the man, that my son tried the shoe on with a brand new black sock, which is probably why he seen a little black scuff in the inside of the shoe. The shoe had no dirt on the outside or even on the bottom. Clearly, they were not worn, but he still refused to even give me a store credit. I have been a resident in Delaware my entire life and use to frequent this store all the time. I stopped coming when I heard that they pick in choose what they want to refund and what they dont, but because I was in a rush on Saturday, is the only reason I stopped in. I wouldn't recommend this store to my worse enemy.

(Brandon Buchko) I was blown away with the quality of the clothes for the price that you pay. Their sale items are often so low, it seems too good to be true! The sweatshirts, socks, and even joggers are super thick. I got a pair of joggers that are fully lined with thermal for $25. The retail price is $78, which I find to be very reasonable for the quality. And then they discount them down to $25?! They're like a lightweight snowboarding pant. I can honestly wear them to mountain high LOL. Also, everything seems to run pretty true to size, except for some jerseys. I usually can't wear a men's small because it's too huge on me. I'm only 5'2" 105lbs and their mens small typically fits me like a kids med or large. Yay! They opened a retail store on Melrose in LA, but unfortunately it seems like it was bad timing. I'm pretty sure it had to close down because of Covid. I'm really hoping they re-open again in the near future.
