So knowledgeable of the different shoe fits and styles, and very accommodating of my tons of questions. He answered all my questions, helped me pick out and try several different shoes, and we ended up finding a shoe that was incredibly comfortable and a great fit for my feet. He went above and beyond in bringing me a huge selection from inventory - even though the original shoes were purchased downtown, and I was just going to be exchanging them in his store. I mean new balance 880 guy but it was just introduced to the Brooks ghost. They're so soft in my feet! All the staff practice Covid protocol and are strict about enforcing saftey guidelines. The staff is super helpful because not only do they measure your feet every time, they also provide multiple items for you to try and encourage you to walk around or outside for the best feel or fit. It takes a little getting used to, because the average sneaker store doesn't do that, but they are traditional/old-school. I love it! One observation is their prices aren't listed so you got to be careful because it's easy to spend a lot of money quickly. However, i've never returned, second guest, or was unhappy about anything. This is a gold mine in a gym for Delaware sports enthusiasts; particularly runners. I recommend this place if you need a good sneaker for doing anything in!

After I wore them, I realized they really did not fit me properly. I also did not have the box anymore. But I decided to go to the store and ask if there was anything they could do for me. I was very pleasantly surprised that they immediately said they would offer me a credit or an exchange . They didn't ask me any questions. They just said they would take the shoes back. I selected the same shoes and a half size larger and they are working out really well. This is an excellent example of how customer service should work. Obviously the eagles are going to the Super Bowl so I had to pick up some gear they had so much to choose from. The Super Bowl items were not on sale, but so worth it. They had a DJ in there today playing music. Great atmosphere!
