Items are in stock, packed carefully, and easy to get at the clearly marked drive-up section of the parking lot. Moreover, this store being in tax-free Delaware is a big perk if you're someone like me who often travels the Northeast corridor. Overall this Target is always on my list to visit when I'm in the area.

I had to walk up to the group and ask for help. The gentleman who decided to help us seemed not too happy that we had interrupted his chat. When I asked for the location of the device, I was told "Over there," as the clerk vaguely gestured to some location a few feet away. When I asked about the store warranty/return policy, I was told that there was none. I then asked for the manager. The clerk apparently got very angry. He hemmed and hawed. I asked again. He got even more angry. I again asked for the manager explaining that I just needed more information. He reluctantly called a manager over. The manager was standing just 10 feet away. I got my question answered and then decided to take my business elsewhere.

I've never ever been impressed by the range of options for women's soccer cleats. We might find one pair that comes in her size. If we're lucky it'll be in a make/model/color that she wants. I don't understand why a store like this cannot provide better options. We stopped in this weekend, knowing why the outcome would likely be, and found one pair of Tiempos on the wall that she liked. No women's size 6 in any shoe. The kid working there tried to redirect her to a child's plastic version. He didn't seem all that troubled when we walked out. Unbelievable. We'll find something online.

You helped her find what she was looking for quickly and we were in and out. She is thrilled with her new cleats and I appreciate having a happy teenager. Today my 12 yr old son came home from soccer practice having ripped his cleats clean off his boots. We knew exactly where we were headed ... back to Pegasus! His foot has more issues and needed more attention. Your guy was so helpful. He asked questions about his arch, how he pronates, what position he plays as all those things matter. He was so thoughtful and spent about an hour with us. My player must have tried on 20 pairs of cleats until he found just the right ones. My son felt as important as Ronaldo or Messi. This is excellent customer service. We're so lucky to have Pegasus Sporting Goods right here locally in Westfield. We will be back!
