They always deliver high quality printed shirts and are always on time for delivery. They're a great family owned and operated business. It's been a pleasure to work with the different generations over the years. The customer service is great. Being we have such big orders there are bound to have a few minor issues or missing shirts. Billy and Carol gave their direct numbers to call if we need something and they always drop off the missing shirts that day. Their artists are very helpful with finalizing designs and making great suggestions. Their prices are the best around. They're great for local orders. Easy to get to their location offices in Broomall. When you go in, everyone in the office is super friendly and very helpful. Guess I was focused on getting to donuts, but I'm glad I finally noticed it and now I stop in whenever I'm in the area. It's a smallish space, but well organized with a wide selection of genres. It's primarily books, but they also have DVDs and a small CD section. There are a few stepstools scattered around to help you reach the items on the higher shelves which I appreciate as a not super tall person. I find the CD section difficult to shop though, as it's on lower shelves and even with my glasses on it's tricky to read the small type on the cases near the floor. The employees are friendly and polite and always happy to help if you're looking for a specific title. I've only ever purchased here, but they also take items for trade-in, although you need to make an appointment for that. The prices are generally in line with other used bookstores in the area. Definitely sign up for their e-mail list, as they frequently send out discount codes. Unlike some used bookstores I frequent, I don't always leave here with a find, but I often come across a book on my TBR list at a good price.

I easily found 3 I wanted within a few minutes, then went back looking in the Middle East section for some titles that might help a subject I'm studying at the moment. The place is laid out very neatly, but the titles are arranged in the careless way that you want and love in a used bookstore, allowing you to dig for treasures on your own, albeit within neatly defined genres. Friendly staff, and they will buy from you by appointment and offer you double the store credit they would offer in cash. May have to stop by again soon. :-)

A few days ago, I took my granddaughter's road bike in for repair. The front, left-hand shifter…read morewouldn't shift from the big ring to the small and vice versa. I thought that maybe the shifter or front derailleur may have been bad. Johnathan took all of 5 seconds to diagnose and fix the problem. It seems that the cable from the shifter to the front derailleur was way too loose. I offered him money for his time and expertise, but he said it was "on the house for such an easy repair!" Johnathan is an expert mechanic and an all-around good guy! He did a similar repair about two years ago on a Cannondale mountain bike that I brought in. I'm pretty sure he didn't charge for that, either. From now on, Johnathan will be my go-to bike mechanic! I would happily give Havertown Bike Shop more stars if possible. They earned my trust and respect.

Pretty poor customer experience…read more I brought an under the bed roller bin to sell some clothes. When my clothes were done I forgot to pickup the bin because I had been busy that day. I called the next day and they told me that anything left after 7p the previous day is donated. My bin is gone which was 1/2 the value of my haul of clothes I sold. They could have said here's your bin back when I came to get my $ back but no. Also, where is stuff donated so I can get my bin? I won't be going back. It's unfortunate. The board of rules for selling your clothes is also smudged and difficult to read. Overall customer service isn't great.

He needed a set of new bearings as one of his wheels was grinding. 3 Way Street was recommended, so we headed over there. The place is very close ti the intersection of Eagle & Darby roads, across from Grace Chapel. With its bright green sign, it's very easy to find. We parked in a metered lot - 25 cents for 30 minutes - and walked the 1/4 block to the shop. Inside it's filled with a nice selection of everything a skateboarder needs from boards to wheels. Super nice and friendly guy had the bearings, and also lubricated his existing set so they rolled freely again. They had gotten wet and one had rusted. We bought an extra set of bearings for future use. Great little store, we'll be back.
