I let this slide since I only go once or twice a year. But since I am going on a three day ski trip this year I figured I owed it to my feet to get some work done on my boots. Even after many years the staff at Ski Bum still punched out my boots for me free of charge because all of their boots are sold with a fit guarantee! (You definitely won't get this type of service if you shop online for boots!) They do not work on your boots straight away so bring them in a week before your next ski trip.
