Ask the Community - The Ski Bum

Do you guys have the equipment to punch out/grind a ski boot shell?

Hi, yes we do. I would suggest you call the shop to make an appointment and talk to a bootfitter so we can make sure we have someone on staff when you come in. You can call 610-459-4778.

She told me that I was "trying to use a third-party coupon" like I was some kind of thief (which I was not). She embarrassed me and the nice sales associate that was helping me until she intervened. He apologized for her behavior after she walked away. I still made a purchase because I was gift shopping and honestly the $10 discount wasn't a factor influencing my purchase, but it WAS a nice promotion for Rally House to offer to a frequent shopper. I will not return to this store due to her insulting behavior. There are plenty of other options in the area. Hope some other folks who try to use this promotion are more successful than I was.

Being a huge Eagle fan, I wanted to upgrade my wardrobe with some new gear, since the Super Bowl victory. A friend told me about Rally House. So, I had some time and went to your store in Brinton Lake. As I entered your store, I said WOW! Most amazing Philly gear of any sporting goods store I had ever seen. It really blew me away. Thinking I was going to get swamped by all the fantastic items, one of your super staff members approached me and offered to show me around. She was very nice and provided superior customer service. Therefore I purchased a Super Bowl auto license bracket, a magnetic Eagle decal for my car, 4 Super Bowl tee shirts, one Eagles visor, and one lanyard. See pictures attached. Checkout was a breeze and I wish I could have stayed longer. Your store is terrific and I had a wonderful experience. You also have an excellent website. Here are some photos that I enjoyed taking. Lots of great memories. Thank you so much. Marc Pompano Beach.

I started a fitting room with probably $600 worth of clothes. My daughter said she had to use the potty (again, she is 4) and I asked an employee if I could use their bathroom. The employee looked at us and dismissively said "we don't have public restrooms" and then said "you could try Fresh Market" (grocery store that is opposite side of the shopping center). This employee could see my daughter was uncomfortable so I left without another word. To any mom who has a rare window to shop, you know how difficult it is to do so with little kids in tow. Have YOU ever told a 4 year old to 'hold it' while you walk for 7 minutes to another store that *might* have a public restroom in the freezing cold?! I understand stores have a no public bathroom for a reason, I worked for 5 years in retail. However in my situation I would hope Lululemon would have the wherewithal to train their staff to recognize a stressful situation and make a small exception. If you can expect hardworking moms to pay $150 for a pair of pants, but not even grant them an exception to use your restroom, shame on you. I left the store so disappointed and embarrassed and I am prepared to never, EVER give Lululemon another penny which is a shame, because today they lost out on a sale from a loyal customer today. DO BETTER.

Five stars for the superb customer service from Christine. She was really sweet…read more Minus three stars for the poorly constructed undergarments. I really want to like Soma. Yesterday was my second time in a Soma store. The first time was about a year ago at a different location. I received fantastic customer service both times. The quality sucks though. The fabrics feel marginally better than Victoria Secret fabrics. But that's not saying much. Yesterday, I came to this location to try on some strapless bras because #Spring #Summer #ShoulderBaringDresses. I tried on the Vanishing Strapless Bra. The 34D was too wide in the band, but the cups were too small. Please explain to me why the 34DD was even tighter in the band than the 34D. It was so tight, that I couldn't event rotate the bra around after clasping it. I get that sizing can be off, but within the same brand and bra type, sizing should be fairly consistent. This is really off-putting especially considering Soma's ironclad, unforgiving return policy. Next I tried on the Embraceable. That's kind of misleading, because I never even put it on my body. The rubber slip-grip treads were peeling away from the fabric in several places. This was the point where it clicked for me: Just like their competitor Victoria Secret, Soma also sells poorly constructed garments. I'm going to hit up Nordstrom's where I can try on several different brands of strapless bras. I hope the attendants at Nordy have the same customer service aptitude as Soma reps.

As to the negative review below, I would assume the employees at the store locations do not have the ability to override the corporate poilcy, therefore the review should be posted to the corporate Yelp page. I've been impressed with the customer service in this store in the past. I was very disappointed…read moreduring my most recent visit, though. The dressing room stalls do not have doors, they only have a curtain and no way to secure it. Which is fine if it's just women. On this last occasion, there were quite a lot of men roaming in and out of the dressing room. One man was standing outside my dressing room stall the entire time I was in there. I felt extremely uncomfortable with some strange man standing on the other side of a flimsy curtain from me while I was undressed. I do not understand why men needed to be in the dressing room - no men's clothes are sold here. If your SO is trying things on then you can stand just outside the door and she can show you things. None of the staff did anything to help me or to tell these men to get the hell out of a women only space. In fact one staff member encouraged a man to enter the dressing room. I was totally floored. I said something as I was checking out and all they said was, I'll bring it up with my manager. I doubt I'll be shopping at this location anymore.
